Lots of choice, friendly but not pushy staff

We were given time to look and when we asked any questions April was confident with her explanation and in-depth with her product knowledge. April is a credit to your business.

The salesman who dealt with us was extremely helpful and patient and informative. He provided also information and support to enable us to make our decision. He made the whole experience smoother and pleasurable.

Excellent service from Steven at Darley Dale. Talked us through everything and was very friendly while doing so.

Excellent customer service and advise - only came to look but ended up buying new 3 piece suite

From entering the showroom we were greeted and asked if we needed any help. The sales people left us to look around and when we needed help they were very helpful, friendly and not pushy.

Steve was amazing, helped us pick the perfect sofa we wanted.

Gary was very helpful. He showed us the style we requested and didn't put us under any pressure to decide. We came away with exactly what we wanted thanks to Gary.

What I liked about our visit to DFS this morning was that everyone was very pleasant, we were left to browse quite freely and if we needed help someone was there to give it. When we found the settee that we liked someone was there to help with any questions we had. Altogether my husband and I came away very happy with our purchase

Sam was extremely helpful with the information she gave us. Told us everything about the product and how to look after it and helped us to choose the appropriate covering, the different ways we could pay fort it and answered all our questions.

On Entering the store we were greeted by Gary who was very welcoming and asked us what type of Sofa we were looking for he then pointed us in the right direction. He encouraged us to look around the store and try out all the sofas we liked as we would use them at home and we were left alone to do this. Gary was very professional and Knowledgeable. We then approached Gary and asked for the details of the Sofa we have purchased and there was no pressure whatsoever. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Gary we cant speak highly enough about him. We left with the Sofa we had been looking for and the whole process was Excellent. I cant recommend Gary and DFS enough and we will ask for him personally when we return as we are now looking at making further purchases due the the Experience we have had today.
