Great choice of furniture. No harassment from staff and no pressure. Took our time and looked at sofas again and again that we liked until we chose the one. Staff very helpful and answered our questions when we were ready.

Met at the door and shown directly to the type of product we were interested in.
The products were well demonstrated and alternatives were considered.
We were given time to reflect and an opportunity to view other display items.
On making a decision to buy we were given all relevant information.
The salesman was helpful with clear details and explanations.
As it was a hot day, drinks and a cooling fan were supplied.

Excellent and efficient service, thankyou. The showroom was excellent for choice and the staff perfect.

We were met, told about special offers and left to wander at peace to look at all the sofas..when we were ready Gary was very helpful, talking us through all the options available, offering us everything but not being pushy with anything

We explained what we were looking for and we were guided through the sofas that would be suitable for us. Once we had chosen (I think the sales man was called Steve) he offered us a drink and then talked us through caring for the sofas and how to use the cleaning products. He gave us the costs and timelines and talked us through the delivery and how they unpacked everything. All in all a brilliant experience. Cant wait to receive our sofas.

I went into store 3 times on the same day before making my decision. All staff I encountered were extremely helpful and didn’t put me under any pressure to purchase and have time to consider everything first

Today we have been to DFS at Darley Dale where we was welcomed in by the lovely Gary, he asked us what we would like to see and led us through the Sofa department, he helped us find the correct Sofa that we loved and made us a coffee whilst telling us all about th care plan and options we could have, all in all we had a great experience and Gary was very helpful, we are looking forward to our new Sofa arriving.
