Rachel was brilliant

We were very happy with dfs at carslile..the young lady with blonde hair ..as can't remember her name ..was so helpful and kind ..we felt at home..and she was brilliant at her job and all staff were lovely..will be back in 4 years...Thank-you 😊

The Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable, allowing us to make an informed purchase on our new sofa. Finance options and the benefit of aftercare products were also clearly explained, which was very helpful. In all, the service provided was really good.

The easiest purchase ever
The easiest purchase ever, walked in seen the sofa we liked and Robyn the sales lady spoke to us as we walked in then asked how we were getting on whilst we were sat on the sofa we liked! We had a long informative conversation about the style, leather type etc and we were sold on that sofa so ordered it! Couldn’t have been easier!
