We had such a lovely experience at DFS, and a big thank you to Sameera for making it so enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to understand our lifestyle and exactly what we were looking for in a sofa.

Sameera gave us really helpful advice on everything from comfort, finishes and furniture care to aftersales, delivery and guarantees, without ever making us feel pressured or rushed. She made us feel completely comfortable and even treated us to a coffee, which was such a lovely personal touch!

It was a genuinely relaxed, friendly and informative experience, and we really appreciated the time and care Sameera gave us. Thank you!

Poor delivery timescales

I was served by a very friendly salesman who advised me after my sale that he had only been with DFS for 3 months.

He had lots of knowledge with the furniture I chose and was very patient and helpful

The sales assistant David, was so very helpful, made the experience great .. hence bought two sofa's and coffee table. Friendly could;nt do enough to help and even stayed on later . thank you

Zeena was an absolute star. Such a pleasure to do business with. She explained everything and even entertained my husbands haggling and silly humour. Everything went smoothly and we got exactly what we wanted. Thank you Zeena, we will see you again for the next one :-)

I looked on line picked the sofa I wanted. when we got there a lady called Rose asked what we were looking for i showed the one we liked. Rose then talked me through everything we needed to know and was very precise no jargon just very clearly she also talked through the finance made very welcome with drinks. The length of waiting time was fantastic delivery was spot on and the drivers were very efficient. dfs kept me updated from the time I ordered it to delivery.... Very satisfied customer. Very pleasant sales lady - not too pushy but very keen to clarify everything

The designs are nice and very importantly at affordable prices. The staff who helped me and my partner was quite friendly and respectful.

From the moment I walked into the store, I felt very welcome. I had gone in looking to buy a cream L-shaped sofa, and after being greeted, I was told someone would be with me shortly. The salesperson came to help almost immediately, and the service was outstanding.

He was polite, friendly, and really listened to what I was looking for. He asked all the right questions, guided me around the store, and helped me find a sofa I liked. What I appreciated most was that he wasn’t pushy. He even encouraged me to look at other options to make sure I was choosing the right one.

When I said I wanted to go home and discuss the decision with my husband first, he completely understood and simply said he hoped to see me later. There was no pressure at all.

When we returned, he already had all the details ready for us, making the purchase quick, easy, and hassle-free.

Overall, the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and a genuinely helpful, professional shopping experience.

Was second time we visited in two weeks the lady we seen recognised us straight away she was amazing and very good at her job very polite and not pushy at all went through and explained everything we were really impressed keep up the good work and thankyou

Zeena made my experience great , I'd visited various stores before her on that day and was fed up of sales people pouncing as soon as I walked through the door so to be fair to poor zeena by the time I walked in she went to greet me with her infectious smile and I was quite rude walked past practically dismissing her however she didn't let it faze her and let us have a browse I was just about to walk out not purchasing as I didn't see anything that caught my eye she didn't give up on me she came with a big smile and asked if I had seen anything and asked what I was looking for when I told her she explained fully that most settee could be Taylored to what I wanted and showed us all the options and wasn't pushy at all she asked us could she just show us a few little options before we went no one pressure she explained , she then showed me one of the range that was similar to my needs and went through all the choices of that one to cater it to what i wanted , I ended up ordering today and went especially as I knew she was on the late and would be there , she's a credit to the store ( ps I apologised after as she was amazing )

Fantastic customer service

The help & support we received from Zeena, DFS Cardiff went above and beyond. What a lovely down to earth person, who was so professional. It was because of Zeena we bought our new sofa at DFS Cardiff. Well Done!!! DFS Cardiff should be very proud to have such a great person working for them.
