I popped in to try out a couple of sofas we had had seen online , the salesman was really helpful and took a picture of me on them so I could show my partner aha
Ended up buying a showroom sofa at a great price, he ran through everything really throughly for me and spoke to my partner on speakerphone to make sure we were both happy.
He was very knowledgeable and managed to get us a good deal on sofa care, a lovely guy we will definitely be asking for him again when we want to buy our second sofa!

We hate it when you walk in a showroom and someone pounces-immediately. George told us he was nearby if we needed any help then when we were ready he provided all the answers to our questions

We went into the store a few times as we liked two and we couldn’t decide. The staff were very informative on product and let us look around on our own.
We purchases our furniture today and I am hoping it lives up to what it is like in the store

John was very helpful when we picked out our recliner chair and sofa set. He went through all the different options of paying for the set and explained the delivery process clearly. We were very happy with our experience at DFS and look forward to receiving our new items for the living room 😊

The staff member that helped us was really helpful and nice. I’m not sure what his name was but was tall and blonde. He answered all the questions we had and explained everything we wanted to know.

We’ve ordered the Stellar sofa and Michael from the Bristol store was amazing at helping us to decide what we wanted.

From the moment we left the store after paying for our sofa and foot stall, we have been met with poor service. 18 weeks before the sofa arrived and only after chasing several times to be told each time it was ready to be delivered in a few days. When we finally received our delivery date for the next day we were told if were not in to collect it or wanted to reschedule it was £150 charge.
The sofa arrived, dirty, several loose staples causing a cut, a each cushion and body part of the sofa itself has snags in.
The foot stall arrived with no legs.
Once the repair man arrived he was unaware of the missing legs. Its has now been a month with still no legs, poor service on the phones each time with promise of call backs to which none have come. The last call has said the legs will arrive in store in 3 months time.
