I was greeted by George who was very helpful and generally just nice. I dread being pounced on in stores. It was quiet due to the heat so he was perhaps glad of something to do but he was really good. I was quite specific about what I needed and he was able to show me the right piece of furniture. I ended up buying a chair as well which I certainly had not intended to do. I did visit another store first but felt slightly scoffed at for wanting a small piece of furniture so I left. Thanks DFS

David looked after us and provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, personable and very easy to talk to, making the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. David helped us from the moment we stepped in to the cribbs causeway store, he was extremely helpful providing us with advice about the sofa we liked! He was extremely polite and was brilliant throughout the whole process of buying my first sofa! Will definitely be back for future sofas

The gentleman who sold me my furniture…
The gentleman who sold me my furniture was friendly and approachable. He was very knowledgeable regarding dfs products. Smiled all the time he was dealing with me and I literally interrogated him on the sofas I bought. He made me feel as no question was was a silly question.
