Tom the salesman in the Bristol store was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't push and gave us time to browse. Once we had made our choices he was helpful in showing us alternatives and making suggestions. So that in the end we were very pleased with our purchases

Great service
We were left alone to wander around which is what we like, but when we wanted to know anything they were very knowledgeable. The other great thing was, we looked on the Sunday and the furniture was delivered in less than a week. Very impressed

John in Cribbs was very helpful. Ordered with a 11 week delivery period. Came 6 weeks early. Lots of texts and emails throughout keeping me updated. Delivery drivers very friendly and quick. Everything very professional.

Sales assistant was very knowledgeable and explained everything with care for my mother in law who is 89 went through all the details several times to make sure she was happy with everything before placing the order.
