Went in to look at a sofa with my grandma. Dean was very clear when giving all the details my grandma needed to hear. As she has to wear hearing aids. He gave her time to process what was being said to her and time to reply. Gave all the details that was needed clearly. Very helpful and understanding.

Really great customer service from Andy at the Brigg store
No pushy hard sell , just a relaxed atmosphere sitting on the sofa we have chosen , like having at chat at a friend’s house , everything explained in plain English , a real pleasure to of shooed there
