couldn't ask for better customer service. staff were very helpful, gave us time without pressure, anything we were thinking of they knew the answer straight away.

Colin at the Brigg branch was amazing
Colin at the Brigg branch was amazing, we left the Hull store to lack of interest and the whole sales team were amazing at Brigg.
I would highly recommend, drove the same day to another branch to place the order.

Browsing for a new Sofa
Went into store on Sunday, Dean was very helpful, he asked questions and guided me on where to look for what I needed. He allowed time for me to browse. As soon as I had a question he answered with confidence. He was polite and very accommodating. He was happy and not pushy when I wanted to go home and measure my space and decide which sofa I wanted. I Returned on Tuesday evening with a slight dilemma he was happy and extremely accommodating with my questions and gave advice where needed. A very pleasant and good experience. Thank you Dean for all your help, it was very much appreciated.

Great customer service
Great customer service, went in looking to move away from a L-shape sofa and wasn’t to keen on the green colour we saw online walked into store at dfs brigg and the sofa we looked at was there in the green colour we wasn’t to sure about, we walked away ordering our 4 seat and 2 seat sofa along with a storage poof and cushions in the green as it was completely different, thanks for all the help in store amazing staff
