The lady who assisted us Danya( apologies if I've misspelled it) was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient. She answered all our questions and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

I was served today by Gary what’s a absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish
He was so friendly and chatty and genuinely just a lovely all round person to deal with
He answered all our questions and let us feel confident we had made the right decision

I had a young lady by the name of Sabina assisting my son and I, who was quite new to her job, but I had a fantastic time with her. I felt very comfortable. She showed us a variety of settees. The one I ordered wasn't available in store, so she ordered online. With staff like Sabina, you don't need to worry, she's an excellent salesperson. As for the store itself, it's very welcoming. In my opinion, everything in the Brent Cross store is good.
