The customer service was good the staff was very helpful.

I visited DFS in Brent Cross on 13th August, arriving only about an hour and a half before the store closed. I was looked after by a lovely member of staff who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She took the time to show me a wide range of sofas, carefully explaining the differences between them and the various features and functions available. At no point did I feel rushed, despite it being quite late in the day.
I was so pleased with the service and advice I received that I ended up purchasing a two-seater sofa with some fantastic built-in features.
Unfortunately, I can’t remember the lady’s name, but I really hope DFS can identify her from the date of my visit and my purchase. I think she was from Asia and was wearing a white top. I would like her to know how much I appreciated her patience, professionalism and excellent customer service.

Excellent Service at DFS Brent Cross

I had a very positive experience at DFS Brent Cross, especially thanks to Aliona, who provided exceptional customer service.

We purchased a sofa, coffee table and side table on 17 July. Aliona explained everything clearly and patiently helped us throughout the purchase. A few days later, we requested a change to our order, and she was once again extremely helpful and arranged everything for us without any hassle.

Unfortunately, I also received a parking charge because I stayed longer than the permitted parking time. Aliona went above and beyond to help me with this issue and managed to get the parking charge resolved.

Aliona is exceptionally helpful, professional and genuinely cares about her customers. Her support made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable.

And friendly and gave us just enough time to look around the showroom before going in for the sale!
She was knowledgeable in the product we were buying but also some of the other items we talked about.
She was professional but also friendly, and although it is obvious that she is a sales person she didn’t come across as overly pushy, which I think is important in customer service.

Information was terrible, paid & didn’t get a full receipt. I paid Half Cash Half card. Only card part was showing. The cash transaction was nowhere to be seen on the invoice which brought a lot of fear & tension. I had to wait a week for A breakdown of the invoice. The sofa also look forever to come. DFS need to fix up their system. In this new DNA this should be prompt…..

So slow - the assistant did not know what he was doing, I only went in for 2 cushions. When they tried to order them online they just kept saying the system was slow and after 40 mins I asked for them to call me when the system was working and they eventually said they could. Why did they not say that in the beginning of the wait.

We visited this store on the 30/07/2026 and the customer service rep (apologies i cannot remember the name but its the young Somalian brother) the service he provided was so good! He explained everything throughly, was patient and answered our questions. Give this guy a raise!! Honestly we cannot fault anything and he is a credit to DFS! He deserves a raise!!!
