Akash was a great help

the staff down in the Bradford shop are really nice and cheerful especially Paul who has helped me on 2 occasions with a client choosing a chair and sofa. he was very patient with the client and made sure we both understood the details,
the shop was clean and tidy.

Great customer service very helpful staff very happy with service.

Zarah was really helpful and provided us with all the important information we needed to know about the kind of sofa's we were buying

Really disappointed.
I Ordered san mateo
1 power G and 1 power no arm unit
Having the option to move no arm to any side.
I told them exactly what I wanted and why I wanted it like this.
Well instead I was sent option R 2corner 2 .
They wouldn’t take it back said I ordered this one. my fault I didn’t check the papers just took there word for it and trusted them. sofa cost me £2399 . They said well this option was cheaper than the other option and they couldn’t take it back. They really mess up.

Sofa arrived with 3rd party delivery no legs on sofa was left like this for a few days after chasing them up. Offered me £100 cash back because they messed up.
It wasn’t the first time I bought a sofa A few months prior I bought a £3500 sofa to which went quite well as that was a 2 2seater quite straight forward and already in stock.
Don’t trust what they say read and check papers. No exchanges refunds or part exchange what I asked for they weren’t bothered and it was a lot of money involved.
Poor service once you buy.

We were very impressed with Aakash at Forster Square retail park. He knew all about the furniture in the store, and guided us towards the products that matched our shopping list. There wasn’t any hint of pressure, and gave us the time to think it all through. He answered all our questions clearly, and even offered us a coffee! 5star rating!

Amazing experience today at dfs. Didn’t get hassled while looking for sofas. I did look online and I knew exactly which sofa I wanted but still browsed to make sure it were the one I definitely wanted. Zara was great once I said it’s that one went through everything with me from cover to how to look after my new sofa. Even for £200 to spend due to my purchase price being so high 🙌🏼 WINNER. Looking forward to my new sofa being delivered.
