Very good experience at the Bolton DFS in Middlebrook. Dave was friendly, kind and provided us with excellent service. Happy with our visit today.

Dfs Dave went above and beyond. He was fantastic

From start to finish the service was brilliant. Ben who served us was so helpful in every way. We had time to think about our purchase with no pressure on us at all. So helpful could not ask for a better service.

I had a lovely experience at DFS in Bolton, not once did I feel pressured into buying anything, I was able to look round at my own leisure, in peace.
When ready to make my order, me and my children were offered refreshments, still didn’t feel any pressure, the whole atmosphere was so relaxed with DFS Dave. I couldn’t make my mind up on the spot about what colour I wanted so I was able to go home, have a think about it, measure up and then get back to Dave the next day on exactly how I wanted my whole order. The whole experience has been great and I imagine that in the future, I’ll be sticking with DFS. Thankyou so much, Dave.

Whilst browsing with s certain style in mind we were approached by the salesman Sunni who said if we needed help he would be close by if needed, he then left us to our own devices having given us information needed. As stated he was available when we had made a decision and he then went through in detail the order In A relaxed and friendly manner having got us a drink. A full and comprehensive explanation of the system and timeframes costs and delivery/removal of old items. We left the store having ordered our choice feeling we had been very well treated and fully informed. Many thanks to Sulli.

He took the time to understand what I was looking for, carefully went through the measurements of my room, and made sure the sofa I wanted would fit the space properly. He also showed me a variety of different sofas and explained the options without making me feel rushed or under any pressure to make a decision.

His knowledge and attention to detail gave me confidence that I was choosing the right sofa, and he made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. Excellent customer service – I would definitely recommend DFS based on my experience.

Great service from beginning to end from Darren. We did not feel like we was being pushed into any sale or additional extras. He answered all our questions and provided us with contact details for any issues after the sale.
