Overall Jimmy privided an excellent customer service. Jimmy was friendly and approachable. I appreciate that he changed his lunch time to attend us though he was already on his way out.

Bally at dfs birmingham is a absolute legend, went through so many sofa options with us untill we found the ones we wanted thanks to him. The service delivered was 10/10. highly recommend visiting that branch and getting help from bally.
