What a let down!
Ordered April 24, told in stock so old sofa gone. Next day told not in stock, due in 6 weeks. Couple of days later a further delay announced. So most of the summer will be spent on garden chairs indoors.
Furniture quality? Ask me again in a few months!
Very poor service, no phone calls, no apologies, just vague emails. In store assistant very slick operator but what a let down. First time using DFS, it will be the last.

Found a sofa in store that we wanted, a very helpful member of staff went through measurements and fabric advice with us before we purchased it. The sofa was delivered to us 2 weeks after purchase and delivered by two very helpful and polite delivery men.

Great salesman
Visited Basildon just over a week ago, salesman welcomed us into the store warmly and we set off to find our sofa. The salesman was easily available and answered our questions quickly and efficiently. We explained what we needed and he pointed us in the right direction. Hopefully receiving our sofa soon 😊
