Louise was absolutely fabulous
Louise was absolutely fabulous. Not pushy to make a sale at all. She was patient with us as we changed our mind a lot !. I was able to walk around and look at…
I was able to walk around and look at item's of interest,without being pestered or distracted.When i had a possible purchase in mind it was easy to signal for attention.
Tim took on board my circumstances and made sure that i was getting what i wanted with no hidden extra's.

We always buy our sofa etc from DFS,quality is first class and the service is second to none. Unfortunately we chose the day their internet was having tantrums,not their fault.
