Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Would use again.
We knew what we were looking for but our visit was to make decisions on detail and order. Staff allowed us to make those decisions without interrupting and were helpful when we were ready to continue with purchase.

Someone was available to speak to and…
Someone was available to speak to and answer questions when we were ready. They were polite and professional and lovely and chatty.
There was a great range of the chairs we were interested in and me and my mom enjoyed the choosing.

The experience is had today (Monday 6th July) was first class. Only been in store 5 mins and was approached by a very helpful sales guy. I managed to buy the suite of furniture I needed. Managed to get a discount on delivery. All questions I asked was answered quickly. Got a good arrangement on delivery service. So all in all, very pleased. Regards. Peter Tims

We bought our sofas and tables from DFS and were looked after by Emma from start to finish — she was absolutely brilliant! She was so helpful, friendly, patient and explained everything clearly, helping us pick exactly what suited us best. Nothing was too much trouble and she made the whole experience really easy and pleasant. Great service — thank you so much Emma! Highly recommended.

Super friendly gentleman
The man (from Birmingham area originally) was very attentive. Super detailed answers to all questions. Offered tea/coffee etc whilst we browsed and discussed options suitable for a specific gap in our house. Was very easy to chat too, made sofa buying a breeze! Service was top notch!
