The experience was nice, friendly and professional staff, talked us through the process, the make/model of furniture, the care, delivery process and cost, the after sales customer service and the finance process. Excellent furniture and excellent service
I had a very pleasant experience buying a 3-seater leather settee and storage footstool at DFS in Banbury, mostly thanks to Cheryl who answered all of my questions and made a few suggestions over a cup of coffee.
I went to several other furniture shops, in 5 other locations, and none of them had any furniture of interest to me. DFS seems to stock what I want.
