We would highly recommend Devon Heating Services, they have recently removed our old oil boiler from inside the house and installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler in a different location outside. Matt and his team are all very friendly and professional, they took time to explain everything and were patient answering our questions, tidy as well and cleaned up every day. They are very nice hard working people, we felt very comfortable having them around our house for a couple of days and were pleased with the work carried out.

Had an old back boiler and gas fire removed, new combi boiler relocated into garage; big job! The team works really hard (both in and out the office) and to a very high standard; John was our lead plumber and he done a brilliant job, smart tidy work and obviously very experienced; can’t fault.
Great start to bringing our house into the 21st century, thank you!

I would highly recommend Devon Heating. The service before, during and post has been outstanding. They have been so accommodating and friendly The work of fitting my new boiler was fantastic. Jon was brilliant, he worked his socks off with boiler being in the cellar was really awkward and not an easy job. Thank you again to all the Team.

Great service all the way through. We had air conditioning installed. Everyone we spoke to on the phone and who came to the house was really friendly and helpful.
They were very tidy and all the work was finished to an excellent standard.
We had some issues with a fault in the indoor unit. The team phoned around to find a replacement and shifted appointments around to come back as soon as possible.
Nothing was too much trouble.

We got nothing but the best service from Devon Heating Services. Absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending them. The price was good value for money. Matt was very accessible and responsive, always reassuring us on any concerns / queries we had. What was most impressive was the effort and attention to detail they paid in ensuring that pipework was hidden etc. which actually took them more time! They could have easily cut corners and said to us “there is nothing we can do about the pipes etc” and we would have been none the wiser! Absolutely 5 stars and I don’t give out these easily. Well done Matt and Tom, awesome job.

I don't expect this review will be shown but we asked Devon Heating to service our Viessman boiler telling them we had a fault on it. They came out and said they couldn't fix the problem and we would need a Viessman service engineer. This cost us £360 and when the Viessman engineer arrived he said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the boiler. Devon Heating made a further charge of £120. So the service effectively cost us £480 on a six year old boiler. I do not rate this company at all.

From the outset the level of service provided by Devon Heating Services has been exceptional.

Matt took me through the different options to replace an old boiler which was on its last legs, In the end a Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler was considered the best option for my property.

On the day of fitting both Ben H and Tom where professional from the outset and carried out a first-rate conversion from my old system to the new. Couldn’t fault their work in anyway (the attention to detail was top draw), both are a true credit to Devon Heating.

Would highly recommend this local company to anyone who is looking for a new boiler, you’ll certainly be in safe hands.

They seemed all profesional when they came to quote my new boiler. But on the day they turned up 2 hours late and then left in 2hrs. They didn't flush the system before Installing the new boiler and just fitted the new one to the old dirty system. They also used all the wrong chemicals for the job. When I pointed this out to Matt the manager I got a tirade off abuse. But he did agree to come back and put it right.

When they did return they were rude from the start and still tried to bodge it again. When I pointed out they were doing it wrong they gave me a tirade of abuse again.
So in the end I had to get another plumber back to fix the job. I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL!

Excellent company, reasonable price and efficient for installation of a new boiler.
Matt arrived on time for the appointment. He asked about and looked at the whereabouts of the boiler, rads etc. Matt explained the various options available and their "pros and cons"
Steve and Tom arrived at the date agreed to install the boiler with Matt and Tom finishing the next day.
An existing leak on the pipe work to a radiator was a little more of problem but now successfully repaired.
A neat and tidy job I'm very pleased with the overall project.

Devon Heating Service did a fantastic job of replacing our boiler. Our install had a few difficult bits due to the positioning of the boiler and the gas supply to our old boiler. Devon Heating Service were quick to come out and provide a quote which was significantly cheaper than another quote that we received. We were booked in more quickly than I had expected. On the day they did all that they could to keep the costs on an expensive job down and the final price we paid was a little cheaper than the original quote which was appreciated! The job has been done to an excellent standard and we have had no issues whatsoever. The team that came out to complete the job were friendly and took excellent care of our home making sure our carpets were protected etc and everything was cleaned up well before they left. Would definitely recommend the company and will be sure to go back to them in the future.

Devon Heating were excellent from start to finish. Matt was very helpful in explaining our options and arranging the purchase and installation. Steve, who installed our boiler was brilliant, friendly, professional and got on with the job without any fuss. We had a few teething issues, but they were quick to respond when I raised the issues with them, and got somebody out either the same day or the next working day.

If you need a new boiler I would highly recommend using Devon Heating.

Very impressed with DHS, with Tom & Steve doing a great job installing our new combi boiler. Would definitely recommend and use again. They have delivered all they promised, from install of the new boiler, through to supplying Building Regulations compliance cert at the end, so all in all we are very pleased.

Most impressed with Liam who carried out the annual servicing of my Worcester Bosch gas boiler and Valor gas ceramic coal fire. He was friendly, meticulous, very professional and tidy. Liam ensured that the appliances serviced passed all the safety checks. Not only that he also checked the integrity of the gas supply and pipe work which was very re- assuring, demonstrating a strong work ethic. Thank you.
Highly recommended.

I spoke with Matt the surveyor who when challenged about high costs to fit a cheap boiler defended Devon Heating by telling me I should have trained as a plumber then I could afford to pay the charges. Perhaps I'm naive but £1200 for a days work seems like rather a lot, then add the cost-to-retail mark up and there's even more profit.

The engineers Liam and Tom were first rate - knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and considerate.
It was a messy job - lasting 3 days - yet they did a perfect clean up.
