Trying to book a room for easter wknd at the de vere beaumont but have got a voucher to use and the only way I can book a room is by email apprantely which I sent nearly a week ago (surely it dosnt take nearly a week to book a room for a customer that is spending money) and still no booking has been made after phone calls and emails still no reply and everytime I speak to someone they say I will have confirmation email by the end of that day.

I was told a manager had to authorise the voucher and I would get a reply on Monday 24th Feb (today) 7pm and still no reply have sent another email and still no reply.
For a high end hotel chain this is a very bad way you have to book a room.
Glad we have got vouchers to be used otherwise we would never use this hotel chain

We stayed at the De Vere Tortworth Court hotel for 1 night on the 14th December for a party of nearly 30 in the Victoria suite.
We arrived at the hotel and was blown away by the beautiful manor and its gardens. Such a beautiful entrance to the manor decorated with 2 beautifully decorated Christmas trees. The reception was exactly the same and throughout the hotel. Well done to the decorating team!!
Upon arrival we were offered a glass of buzz fizz. It was extremely busy but the staff were fabulous, professional and friendly.
The room we stayed in (139) was tired with a dirty stained carpet and it was fraying in many places specially between our single beds. The en-suite has mold on the ceiling in many places, a rusty towel rail, black mold around the bath and around the toilet base. The shower glass curtain didn’t work and a lot of water dripped onto the tiled floor. I guess that is why the grout around the toilet base was black!
The evening meal that was pre-arranged and was superb and again the staff were lovely and very attentive.
Breakfast in the morning was also very good and good not fault the selection.
It was such a shame the hotel room didn’t match the same quality as the manor itself. The room let it down especially when we paid nearly 200! for the room including breakfast.
We intended to return next year due to its location for all of us to meet up again but I would not be returning paying that price for that room again. It was disappointing to say the least!!

Just attended a wedding here (Wokefield Park Estate) and the staff were amazing. Single room was great, quite often one gets little boxes as a single person but these were roomy and well equipped and great VFM. Staff throughout the wedding event were fantastic and Ellie was amazing accommodating us with an early check in, professional but also made me feel very relaxed. Decor was perfect for a wedding venue and has got the Christmas season off to a brilliant start. Thanks everyone

The venue is beautiful, staff are friendly but the food could be better. I also wish they gave us more time between the courses so we could enjoy each other's company and discussions rather than trying to race for the next course.

My 2 young children and I had a wonderful stay at De Vere Wokefield estate. I cannot overestimate how helpful the staff was -- they truly went above and beyond to help me with the young children. From the reception to the breakfast staff, everybody was absolutely wonderful. They even gave my 5 year old treats for Halloween! We were truly impressed and will go back.

Had the lamb dish at the view restaurant, and after had headake and vomiting. Next day had chicken dish, potatoes didnt look fresh as well as chicken.

The Devere Costloads Water Park, is a poor pastiche of bland units stacked around a fake lake. It is the only hotel in my entire life that makes a financial charge to book a slot in the swimming pool to attend and swim.
Absolutely no concept of hospitality.

Appalling service canceled all rooms for lot's of people for August, first saying Public is security issue to Guest who wants whole hotel, now saying corporate . If you are not able to book whole hotel do not book as no guarantee you will have a room. Manager has no empathy, no consistency and no help with rebooking and no compensation. He does not care at all about paying customers. If you are general public avoid at all costs as they don't want or care for your custom.

Just an email from de Vere Wokefield. They have cancelled some of the guests booking . With 5 weeks to go to my daughter’s wedding, because as they quote a private venue . In other words , because we’re not millionaires or famous , they book the accommodations and pay over the odds , were cancelled, what a distrusting way to treat people when travelling from all over uk . They need suing ,

We stayed at Devere Tortworth Court recently for our 20 wedding anniversary. On arrival we were very disappointed with our allocated room & the lack of sleep during our first night. I wanted to make the management aware of this in the hope they could help. Nikki & the guest relations team were fantastic, Nikki really listened and went into action and I was impressed with the high level of customer service. Thank you Nikki and team for making the rest of our stay an enjoyable experience.

Had a grill meal at my local devere restaurant. Very expensive for a small burger and chips, plus a small portion of coleslaw for £16-95. Was only worth £8 at the most. My sister had a salad, tomatoes and lettuce salad, hardly any thing else. I have to ask are there any chefs cooking the meals? Why are the tomatoes cut into quarters and loads of lettuce leafs?

Just had a wonderful stay at Devere latimer house chesham. From the very start at reception they were very polite and curtious. We had a lovely meal at the restuarant and to round it off Aaron and Lydia behind the bar was very friendly they informed us of places to eat in chesham for our silver wedding anniversary.

I gave De Vere Asia my Army pension to invest they had it for over 8yrs they lost over £25000 in those 8yrs. They advised I moved my money because of this and that.
I will never trust any of these type of companies again with my money. If I had just left in the bank it would have made money and not lost thousands.

We have returned for a second stay at the De Vere Wokefield Estate after a great first trip and received a very warm welcome by Amber and Tej on arrival at the Manor House reception. Amber was very friendly and checked us into our room whilst engaging in conversation, explaining the key details about breakfast etc and checked whether we had made our dinner reservations. She was very chatty as was Tej who both made us feel extremely welcome on arrival. We saw both Amber and Tej later in the evening after our meal and again they took the time to ask us about our meal and evening. The genuine care from them both has made our stay even better. Prior to booking I had spoken with another friendly member of their team, Kelly who helped us with our booking. Kelly has done a brilliant job, our room is beautiful with views overlooking the grounds and was set up with balloons and swans for our valentines weekend break along with the added chocolates and snacks but again Wokefield Estate have outdone themselves. We will certainly be coming back again and may even make it an annual occasion! Thank you so much to all the team at Wokefield!

We stayed at the Devere latimer estate on 4-6AUG for a wedding. My partner left her expensive sunglasses in the bar and friends of ours who did not know whom they belonged to handed them in to bar staff. I checked the next morning and they could not be found. Reception were very helpful and even said they would contact the staff who worked on the friday night but they did not get back to me. Reception also said they were embarrassed and they would have a look at CCTV to see which member of staff the glasses were handed in to. I have written two emails to management and they still have not bothered to reply in nearly four weeks!. Thoroughly disappointed with the complete lack of care shown by Devere management but after reading reviews on various sites I should not be surprised.

Wish I read the reviews when I booked this hotel at the De Vere Beaumont Estate in Windsor. Photos looked lovely on website and I fell for it….we paid a small fortune for a very small and very warm room and outside it looked like student accommodation! Not what you get when comparing to website! My room was clean though. Lovely grounds, breakfast was good, just disappointed about room, won’t be staying here again.

Still no response to our complaint regarding our stay 3 weeks ago where our hotel room had no hot water, neither did my mother in laws room nor other residents on the floor, wonderful after a 5 hour drive to not be able to have a shower or have one in the morning before we left

We stayed at the Devere Latimer Estate this weekend and the staff were amazing. Aaron and Jasmine on the reception and Cristian in the bar went above and beyond when my husband was feeling unwell. We will definitely be returning there to fully appreciate the wonderful facilities. The room was really nice and the food was excellent. Highly recommended.

I stayed in their Wokfield hotel last weekend, I had my nightdress stolen from my room, their attitude was we can't find it! My cooked breakfast was cold and the coffee machine wasn't working! It cost a lot of money to stay there, won't do it again.
