I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Hollie and Amy and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they provided excellent service, always keeping me updated and making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Hollie was continuously professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Her communication and attention to detail really stood out.

We were the buyers of the property but despite this we received an excellent service from the team at the Belper office. Every question and query we had was answered quickly and competently and promises of call backs were kept. They were great.
Upon completion we encountered problems with the state of the property. Furthermore, the vendor was not cooperative but thanks to Georgia and her skill at mediating we got a positive outcome. We cannot thank Georgia enough for getting what was an extremely stressful situation resolved for us quickly and with a friendly touch ❤️

Derbyshire Properties - our point of contact was Amy Pipes and she was extremely helpful with our house move.

Derbyshire Properties were the agents for the selling party and we were the buyers.

We had to chase for the sale to go through due to the paperwork (for the vendor) being stuck with their Solicitor and we needed to get this paperwork moving for us to exchange with our buyers for our property which we were selling, to stop the chain falling apart. Amy was excellent with this and we did exchange as verbally agreed with all parties.

We would certainly use Derbyshire Properties should we be in a situation where we want to move again.

Stay well clear!!! Awful company and tie you into a never-ending contract - £360 should you take your house off the market even after the 20 weeks. They even tried to add someone who didn't come to view our house. There are far better estate agents out there. I would not be touching these with a barge pole. They just hound you for your money and do not care whether they sell your house or not!
