Îți mulțumim că ai împărtășit experiența ta. Ne pare rău să auzim că serviciul nu a fost pe măsura așteptărilor tale și că situația ți-a creat nemulțumire.

Dorim să clarificăm că serviciul nostru funcționează pe bază de abonament, care devine activ doar dacă perioada de probă nu este anulată înainte de expirare. Informațiile despre costuri și condiții sunt afișate în timpul procesului de înregistrare și sunt incluse și în emailul de confirmare trimis la activare.

Am solicitat detaliile dvs. prin intermediul sistemului securizat Trustpilot, dar, întrucât nu am primit un răspuns, în prezent nu putem continua această procedură. Het spijt ons te horen dat je deze ervaring hebt gehad en dat dit zoveel frustratie heeft veroorzaakt. Dat is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling.

We willen graag verduidelijken dat een abonnement pas actief wordt wanneer de proefperiode niet vóór het einde wordt geannuleerd. Deze informatie staat vermeld tijdens het aanmeldproces en in de bevestigingsmail die na registratie wordt verstuurd. We begrijpen echter dat dit soms over het hoofd kan worden gezien, en dat kan voor vervelende verrassingen zorgen.
