Everything went smooth, easy, detailed and great service. They took great care of under whole treatment. I had high expectation for perfect result, expectations were meet! Very satisfied with the results.
Special thanks to Abdullah the assistant, for setting up airport transfer and drives from hotel to clinic. Also setting up appointments and booking hotel for me.
All in all 10 out 10 experience.

The reviews for Dentakademi Maltepe are definitely fake. Dentakademi Maltepe is a very bad clinic for the teeth. Not recommended at all. The employees are very rude, abusive and the service was so bad. I have to have my crown removed again because Dentakademi Maltepe does not want any complaints and Dentakademi vehemently ignores all complaints them. The wrong crown was put in by Dentakademi. Food leftovers also get stuck on the crown again and again. I have reported everything to Dentakademi Maltepe but I am being insulted, amused and a solution is ignored.

After many years of dental work in the UK I ran out of options to save my teeth! So after months of research I am so grateful and happy I found Dentakademi Istanbul, based on their world rating reviews and GCR accreditation. The whole process has been unbelievably smooth from beginning to end and the skill, knowledge and expertise from the entire Dentakademi team has been above and beyond my expectations.
On arrival Dt. Umur Akikan (a larger than life character) and his team drew up such a clear and detailed dental plan involving root canals, extractions including 2 impacted wisdom teeth, bone grafts, implants and crowns.
Prof. Dr. Gozdi Aysel gave me 9 root canal treatments with such care and proficiency, followed by Prof. Ahmet Ferhat Misir’s hours of highly skilled surgical work.
Dr. Ziya Seferli spent so much time, care and effort to sculpt me the perfect teeth. A true artist and a lovely man, even coming in on his day off to make sure my treatment plan was finished on time.
Abdullah, the international relations coordinator, I’m lost for words. The world needs more men like Abdullah! He brings the whole process together seamlessly, bringing confidence and calmness, making sure the whole experience runs like clockwork.
I also greatly appreciation Amelia for her friendly face, warmth, hospitality and translation and Ahmed and Amit the wonderful friendly drivers.

You will forever be thankful you chose Dentakademi. From the moment I walked in I was cared for with great personal care. They made sure to do thorough and quality dental work. I can not recommend them more. I’m so thankful I chose them.

My problem is the metal rods in the roots of the teeth. Once it was a promising recovery technology. But then it turned out that they destroy the fillings and are almost impossible to remove. The only option is to remove and place the implants.

Arriving in Istanbul, I began to look for a clinic. There are many clinics here. I was guided by numerous search options. The clinic should be large, because it is a guarantee that many different patients go through the doctors, and the doctors have sufficient experience. The clinic must have experience working with foreigners. It seems to me that such an organization will value its reputation and do quality work.

Dentalacademy I liked the accessibility, good rating and the fastest quick review. The first consultation was free. I had an orthopanthography and the doctor suggested a treatment plan. I asked for a CT scan to visualize the area I was previously worried about. They agreed, took a picture and adjusted the treatment.

It was decided to simultaneously remove the teeth and install three implants. The implant operation was performed by Dr. Ahmet Ferhat Mysir, a very experienced doctor, as I later found out. I was scared and dizzy. But he was very tactful and considerate. He helped me cope with anxiety and bring me to concentration. Due to the presence of cysts, there was a risk that the implant would not take root, but everything went well. Now 7 months have passed and all the implants are in place. They look indistinguishable from other teeth.

I liked that everything was done quickly and efficiently. The doctors were attentive and responsive to my requests. During the treatment there were 2 unforeseen situations. Once I had a protective cap unscrewed, another time a temporary filling flew out. Both times they invited me to the clinic the next day and changed those details. Prices ended up being lower than I expected. In general, I am very pleased with the result.

Before traveling to start my treatment , I talked to many clinics and decided to have my treatment done at Dentakademi. Many factors contributed to take my decision. Most important thing, they told me each single detail about my treatment on the phone. I learned that they were authorized by the Ministry of Health for health tourism. They sent me their certificates without any hesitation. They have international accreditation and they were first in the global clinic rankings according to GCR and again they sent their accreditation. Everything was transparent. They planned each step of my treatment . They made my hotel reservations, picking up from the airport with their private vehicles and dropped me off at my hotel. My transportation is done from the hotel to the clinics too . There were many people coming from different countries for dental treatments in the hospital, just like me. Doctors and assistants are very professional in their work. Everyone speaks English. They completed my treatment without any problems. I am so happy. Specially I would like to thank Dr. Umur who made my first examination and explained all the details about my treatment without getting bored and all the doctors and the staff who treated me.
