Absolutely amazing customer service !!! The customer service assistants reviewed my order & updated for me with no issues what so ever … delivery was very quick & items were really good quality!!! Would definitely use them again

After a visit to Dekrastone’s showroom at Dalmarnock Station we were impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Samples of the stones we liked was sent to us within a few days helping us to decide what looked best. Measuring and installation went smoothly and any problems we came across was sorted without fuss and to suit us.
I would happily recommend this company to family and friends.

Lyndsey and the production team at Dekra have been brilliant. So nice to deal with, helpful and reassuring.

Recently Dekrastone installed new Silestone Lusso worktops . This has totally transformed and modernised my kitchen, and I am absolutely delighted. The whole Dekrastone team are totally professional and meticulous in every detail. Their price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had, but I cannot over emphasise how exact every minute detail had to be before Kristaps was happy. Now looking forward to having my kitchen table covered in Silestone Lusso too.

My partner and I found out about this organisation via a friend at work and what a team! Polite, friendly and extremely helpful from first point of contact. No pressure to buy and plenty of time to decide on the options available without feeling rushed. Job was carried out quickly and efficiently and both Michael and Chris were extremely professional, charming and at all times very helpful by being open and knowledgable to any questions asked. Would highly recommend them both who would be welcome back to work in my home without any doubt. The stone we ordered for our kitchen worktops. Just WOW!! 😍 but if you don’t believe this review, go see for yourself! The options are endless and I would 100% recommend this company to a friend. Great experience from start to finish!

A fantastic job done by a great company. From the initial meeting with Scott and Guy the planning and organising of the job has been first rate. The finished job looks brilliant and installed by Michael and co who were on time and total professional.

We used Dekrastone for our kitchen worktops 5 years ago and loved the marble so much we have just fitted our new kitchen with the same spec stone. It has a beautiful hardwearing finish and the template technician was so meticulous from start to finish the fit is perfect, all from one piece of stone with no unsightly join. Very happy.

Really pleased to be able to give a 5 star review. Having made our worktop choice last year at the Cosentino showroom we had contacted a firm locally who quoted a higher price and then did not reply to our emails. In contrast, Dekrastone were very efficient in providing a competitive quote and then arranging templating and installation within a week. We valued the regular phone updates confirming visit times and the great care taken by Kris in ensuring that we had discussed all the cutting options to achieve the best layout. After a long building project, this part has been simple & straightforward and the resulting island worktop looks great!

Absolutely brilliant buying experience, the extensive selection of stone is superb, the knowledge of the team in Dekrastone is first class, great advice and the granite I bought was excellent value for money. They have a very courteous and experienced team that carry out the template & fitting.

We first visited Dekrastone in August 2017 when we were looking for stone worktops for our new kitchen. There we met Craig who took our plans and gave us a really good quote for Silestone. However, installation of our new kitchen was delayed for various reasons (nothing to do with Dekrastone) and so we were not able to get back to Dekrastone until January 2018.



At that time, I tried to contact Craig again to go ahead with the order but was not able to get any response from him. Our kitchen supplier then got in touch with Guy (the owner of Dekrastone) who personally re-quoted for us, taking into account a couple of modifications that we had requested. The price increased and was a little more than I expected so I went to the workshop to talk with Guy. He seamed like a really genuine person with a passion for his work and explained that Craig had left under a bit of a cloud and that he was having to start the company over again (which at first I was a little unsure of). He showed me around the workshop and also his other cabin building business and explained the situation. I spoke with my wife and we decided to go ahead despite the price increase, as it was still much better than any other quotes we’d received from other suppliers and they did include a splash-back in our utility room for free. Guy arranged for one of his installers (Chris) to come out the very next day to template the worktops for us.



THE FITTED PRODUCT



The worktops were ready in about 10 days and Chris came out again with another lad to install them. It took just over half a day to install them and I could not be happier with the work. My wife is incredibly particular about detail (drives me crazy at times) but she could not find a single fault. The quality of the sealing between worktops, splash-backs and up-stands is perfect and the fit is spot on with a lovely finish around the edges, sinks, drainage groves and window sills, it's almost too nice to use. I took photos and showed them to our kitchen designer who was equally impressed with the finish. My neighbour was having a kitchen fitted at the same time and their fitter knew Chris and Dekrastone and spoke highly of both so I'm glad I made the decision to go ahead as I could have easily decided to go elsewhere.

I would recommend Dekra to anyone looking for stone worktops, and my experience does not reflect that of the previous reviewer.
