Dekrastone were amazing right from the moment we made our initial enquiry. They promptly provided detailed and accurate quotes from the many different options we explored, exactly what we’d asked for – this seemed impossible for other suppliers.
Thank you specifically to Lyndsay who walked us through the multitude of options available at the showroom and adjusting dates around to arrange templating and fitting, several times.
Thank you to Kristaps for his meticulousness in working out the best solution while creating the template and finally to Michael and Graham who did fantastic job fitting our beautiful Silestone Ethereal Glow worktops, they look amazing.

I purchased a new kitchen and selected laminate worktops. I never considered quartz worktops as I thought they were well out of my budget but my fitter told me about Scott at Dekrastone and said that I would be pleasantly surprised. I thought I would check it out and probably conclude nice but not affordable. I was so wrong. I met Scott during his busiest time and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He worked really hard to help me find worktops which were within my budget and he talked me though the process and how it would work. Replacing a kitchen is extremely stressful and Scott’s team were just amazing. Graham and Michael came out to template the worktops and they were fitted yesterday. Honestly they have transformed my kitchen to the point I think I’m in a showroom or someone else’s kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Scott and his team at Dekrastone. Their customer care is 100% and the products speak for themselves. If I can afford them anyone can.

If you need a Stone worktop please go here first. From our first visit to the showroom to the install the service from Scott and Lyndsay and the fitting team was simply brilliant, very clear detail on the quote and the plans and more importantly superb communication.

We had a number of issues with our build and kept changing the dates for templating and fitting, it must have moved 5 or 6 times. This was no issue to Scott and Lyndsay who were very understanding and pulled it out the bag for us so that we had a working Kitchen for Christmas. I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to add to to the review my wife left.

From start to finish Dekrastone were amazing, specifically Scott. They couldn’t have been more helpful, the finished result is just perfect and was fitted in time for Christmas. Thank you all so much, first class service.

Having decided to give our kitchen a makeover with new worktops we decided on Quartz replacements. There are many suppliers out there who talk a good game, but the team at Dekrastone know how to walk the talk. That’s what sets them apart from the herd.
From the first email enquiry giving them sizes from an excel spreadsheet drawing – they produced a good estimate A visit to the showroom introduced us to Scott. He took time to sketch out the kitchen and provide a proper estimate.
This was followed by a visit from Kris and colleague from the fabrications who spent several hours accurately measuring the job and producing a template. This was important as the gas hob sat on peculiar, shaped set of cabinets.
I needed a plumber/gas engineer to disconnect the water etc. as well as have my old worktops removed and Scott arranged this in the quote. The plumber, Harrison turned up an hour before the installation team and this went smoothly. He came back the following day and reconnected everything back up.
When the installation team installed the worktops, you could see the excellent craftmanship of the fabricators. Every corner was rounded, and the edges chamfered to perfection.
Scott came back for an after-care visit to inspect the work.
Overall, I would highly recommend Dekrastone as a company who carry out excellent work with professional personal service.

I'm really pleased I bought my kitchen worktop from Dekrastone. All the team are extremely professional, very knowledgeable and highly efficient. From when I chose and ordered the stone, to the template and then the fitting I recieved five star customer service from each and every team member.

Absolutely delighted with worktop for our new kitchen. It looks beautiful. Service from Dekrastone was superb from beginning to end. They couldn’t have been more helpful despite having to be contacted on numerous occasions over a period of more than a year due to COVID. That feelgood feeling that I sometimes get when first entering an establishment and meeting the staff, was there and just continued...After visiting few other suppliers we arrrived at Dekrastone and settled. Lyndsay met us and was very attentive, and if she didn't know an answer she asked someone who did, no pretence. Easily planned by Scott, and his team, templates made by Chris and fitters who just came done the job and left, no fuss, no hassle...just easy!

From selecting the worktop, getting the template service to the final product, you can’t ask for better.

All of the above was delivered at a excellent price.

Scott delivered a good honest opinion on the products.

He gave me the best product that suited my needs even when a more expensive product would have been an easier sale.

Chris the template technician spent his time getting it measured to perfection he even adjusted the kitchen cabinets to the correct height and levelled them.

I’ve never had this done in any of the other companies that I used before Dekrastone.

In summary Dekrastone have made a usually stressful process very easy.

From my 1st contact with Dekrastone through to completion of my granite worktop installation the service has been second to none. Lyndsay in particular has been extremely helpful and patient arranging the visits to my house on Isle of Arran and even when we were hampered with ferry difficulties she couldn’t have been more helpful. The installation went seamlessly with the friendly, polite and professional team of Kris and his colleague. The quality and finished appearance of the granite is absolutely amazing, it truly gives our kitchen the wow factor. I cannot recommend Dekrastone highly enough.

Dekrastone has been great and we now have a cracking worktop that we are absolutely delighted with. The bevel edge is buttery smooth. The overall finish is just fantastic. The staff were helpful and polite.
