Just wow... I have been putting off doing this because I thought it would cost a fortune, take a stupid amount of time and involve endless phone calls to solicitors... then I was referred to these people. This was the second time I've used Deed of trust to draw up a Deed for me. Bully is sensitive and extremely helpful, taking time to explain any queries in a clear and straightforward way. Documents were provided very quickly. Highly recommend the service.

Exceptional service at a great price
Exceptional service at a great price - not something you hear much of, these days. I have had 3 deeds of trusts completed - one in November 2024 and in December 2024 and in February 2025. All of them were done quickly and accurately. I also spoke to Bully @ Deed Of Trust and was given clear and simple information to help me to proceed. I would 100% recommend this service.

Property purchase
This is the first time I've ever needed to draw up a deed of trust on a property purchase and not surprisingly I had quite a few questions to ask along the way. I spoke several times with Bully who was very patient , very knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm really pleased with the service I've been given and think the value for money is superb. I would not hesitate to recommend Deed of Trust and I'm sure I will be using them again.

Speedy, value for money and would definitely recommend
It was super easy, efficient and speedy service. I was wary of using an online service but the cost of drawing up a deed with a local solicitor was so expensive I took a risk. Bully Rai responded within 48 hours (may have even been 24 hours) and all of my requirements were completed in less than a week - and that is probably down to me being slow in returning the necessary information! Excellent service, value for money and would definitely recommend Bully Rai.

Bully was helpful from the off
Bully was helpful from the off. Everything was done in a week. We wanted a simple Deed of Trust. We had been dealing with a solicitor since October and hadn't got anywhere! Bully was on it, we received, agreed and signed in 5 days. Bully also gave clear understandable advice which has given us peace of mind. Would not hesitate to use again if needed.
