Contacted wanting advice. Was told a solicitor would ring back. Was prepared to pay for their time but after chasing twice, no response received…obviously not important to them as it was a serious legal matter to me.

From start to finish Dee&Griffin have been amazing. Chelsea was absolutely superb. Her advice was clear and concise, helping us cope with the stress of the whole process. Chelsea was very thorough and professional at all times and we would highly recommend using Dee&Griffin.

If you are looking for a solicitor who is speedy and efficient, keep you updated regularly, treat you like valued customers, get things done and not wait around, with no stress or financial loss, find a different solicitor. Would agree with other 1* reviews. D&G Dursley buying, D&G Quedgeley selling. No chain when buying and selling - BUYING THE PROPERTY= offer 12/6 completed 13/8. SELLING THE PROPERTY = offer 11/9/25 completed 17/2/26.

I have used Dee & Griffin on three occasions (2 residential purchase and 1 residential sale). Leah Lewis and the team have been reliable, provided a great service and quick to respond to enquiries. Will be back in the future for other property transactions.

We recently chose Dee and Griffin to do the conveyancing on our first ever house sale. From start to finish, the whole process was made so stress free and every stage was handled extremely efficiently. We must make a special thank you to Molly in particular who dealt with our case. She was absolutely amazing - always so attentive and supportive in answering all of our questions along the way. Thank you very much Molly and the Quedgeley branch.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! They have given a shocking service, patronising, rude and all round incompetent. They would not have been our choice to use but the Property Centre recommended and lied by saying both parties would be using Dee and Griffin so would make it a quicker, smoother process. That was a total lie as it has been downhill ever since. Awful, awful staff at the Hucclecote Branch.

We would highly recommend Catherine Blandford and the Cheltenham branch. They made our land purchase as easy and simple as possible. They kept us informed at every step. It was no trouble for Catherine to come and visit with the paperwork to ensure everything was correct on the contract before we signed.

All staff at the Quedgeley Branch were completely rude and unprofessional.
Before completing myself and my husband drove to the Quedgeley branch to sign all remaining paperwork, we were thrown some paperwork with no communication so went to sit in our car in the car park to go through as we were not offered anywhere to sit or even offered a pen. We went back in and we signed land registry documents that were witnessed by a member of staff.
Two weeks after completing, purchasing our property and paying a substantial sum to the solicitors. We were sent the same paperwork in the post and told it would need to be signed by a non family member. When we queried this, we didn’t get an answer, only a call back the next week saying we hadn’t signed and the documents WERE NOT missing on their side. This didn’t make any sense but they were not happy about having to explain, just very rude in the phone.
Throughout the entire process we didn’t feel like a client, just people who were inconveniently interrupting their day.

Dee & Griffin were superb in supporting our sale. We had some complexities associated with the sale, but they were always on hand with efficient and effective support. Would call out JB and NC who were exemplary in their support. Would recommend. Will use again. Thank you

I must say that I have been pleasantly surprised with the exceptional high level of service that I have received from Dee & Griffin Solicitors. I attended their office today at Cheltenham where there is ample free allocated parking available. I met with solicitor Catherine who as an expert in her field of work I found very approachable and down to earth. This is in complete contrast to my experience with other Companies who I have found stuffy and pompous. I have no hesitation in recommending Dee & Griffin. Thanks, Philip.

Would give a MINUS if possible! Unhelpful, rude, put the phone down when mid question! Good luck if you want this level of service!

We have had a very poor experience with Dee & Griffin solicitors and will not be using them again.
Our property conveyancing completed in May 2024 and the admin is still not complete in July 2025.
We were chased for payments that had been made many months before.
My previous review was edited due to a threat of legal action so the detail above is accurate and factual, rather than emotionally driven.
I would not recommend Dee & Griffin Solicitors

Took money but due to Mortgage issues the sale fell through, said they would return the money minus the water survey fee.......many months later now ignoring me. I would suggest anyone avoid this company like the plague
