Very good, and helpful they are. At first I was a bit worried however I’m very happy with my purchase the staff is very very kind helpful warm to earth. They helped me learn so much about diamonds and was honest throughout the journey not to even mention they have the best diamonds for the values. Will deffo recommend

Very pleasant experience with Decoris diamonds.

Although I thought it would be complicated but Mursalin, made the process very easy as we were shown samples and got to choice what we like and how we want ring want made. Really nice experience.

Decoris has been nothing but fantastic at helping us build our dream rings. We had heard about them through word of mouth and thought we should check them out before visiting Hatton Garden. Thankfully that was the best decision as from the get go we knew we would be sticking with them and we had learnt so much about choosing the right diamond and the process as a whole. We had a bespoke design in mind and a specific budget and they worked really well with us to make it happen, through sending us various CAD designs and 3D models for us to see before getting it made officially. The final ring was nothing short of perfect and we couldn’t be happier.
All our queries were answered promptly and clearly throughout the entire process.

Great experience with Decoris Diamonds. I discovered the company by chance - lovely quiet showroom made it very easy to discuss the kind of ring i wanted, with lots of samples and examples to look at. Having previously spent time browsing in Hatton Garden, this was a far nicer experience. The whole process was easy - CAD designs were sent to me in a couple of days to approve, and the ring was made beautifully and within deadline. The workmanship is fantastic and I am delighted with teh result.

The service from Decoris Diamonds is unmatched. They go through each part of the ring with so much detail allowing you to try on samples with different diamond styles to really know what you want. For someone who knew nothing about diamonds before they were so informative. Their communication after the first appointment up until collection date was exceptional.
