D B Roberts & Partners Recensioni

Very friendly and helpful team. Kept us up to date along the way and tried to make things as easy as possible. Very much appreciated.

Tia has been phenomenal from the get go!
We've not had an easy process (not DB's fault), but Tia has reassured us every step, we are now able to move!!
Thank you Tia!!

DB Roberts & Partners is the first agency to provide an application for tenants where complaints about the property can be made, and with 100% involvement of agencies that do everything possible to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible. Nicole Stiller is one of the agents who personally solved my complaint in one day and not just once but every time I had a problem, so therefore the agency is a top one and there are wonderful and helpful agents. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I wish the agency to prosper more and more.😊

Absolutely amazing!!
My experience was great, the agent who took care of my enquiries was very assertive and articulate. DB Roberts were on point and certainly no time wasters. Special thanks to Tia Scott

Beth Stevens and the DB roberts team have all been excellent, sorting out any questions or queries I had and ensuring the best customer service was experienced. I could not recommend them enough.

The way my calls and inquiries were handled especially by Tia, is absolutely fantastic especially being a foreign national trying to rent she made the process so stress free. I wish there were more people like Tia,and the whole friendly crew at DB Roberts and Partners.

As a rental company, I found DB Roberts Lettings Agency very professionally run. The staff were most helpful and polite at all times.
I would definitely recommend DB Roberts. They made me feel as I was in good hands and that gave me peace of mind. Thank you very much for making my rental experience a good one.

Helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to facilitate everything we needed throughout the whole viewing / buying process.

They are quick to respond to emails and calls, and very honest / genuine.

Negotiator Emily Little has been superb at every stage. Keeping me well informed, chasing up viewings, contacting their client list to promote my property. Prior to Putting my property on the market Steve Dunham provided equally excellent service. I highly recommend The Shrewsbury branch of DB Roberts.

Tia at DB Roberts was so welcoming and helpful during the entire process of us looking to rent a property, right from the very first phone call of arranging a viewing she was super warm and friendly. Then during the application process there was no issue to silly for her to handle. She made sure to keep us updated during all steps, and was so approachable !

The other women we dealt with in this process (Allison for the viewing) and the women in the office who were very welcoming when we had to go into the office to sort out some referencing issues were also incredible.

Overall the experience I have had with Tia and the DB Roberts team has been so amazing and so welcoming. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else who wants a smooth transition into a new home ! Thank you for helping us find our new little home !

They made us feel very comfortable & kept us update throughout our process with the house hunting. The whole team have been Lovely.

I had an exceptional experience with DB Roberts in Telford, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. We came to them from another local agent who had let us down and DB Roberts were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach made everything run smoothly. They were always available to answer my questions and offered invaluable advice at every step. Lisa and Bethany truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend DB Roberts to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agent!

Quick and easy, great communication from Nicole, polite and friendly as always.

I’ve used Robert’s as my estate agents for the past 14 years and never had an issue. They’ve managed my property very well and always are polite and respectful when contacting me.

Very efficient company and brilliant helpful staff, will continue to use this company for all future rental properties I buy

All good so far...fast and friendly service which is always welcome

Bethany looks after our rental property for us. Always great customer service and helps resolve any issues quick and effectively.
Very happy!! :)

I've been using DB Roberts to manage my property for some time now, and I've been consistently impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. From the start, they've provided excellent service, making the process of property management as smooth and stress-free as possible.

A special mention goes to Bethany, who has been particularly outstanding in her role. She's always responsive, handling any issues or queries I have promptly and efficiently. Her proactive approach and clear communication have made a significant difference in ensuring my property is well cared for and that any tenant concerns are addressed.

Overall, DB Roberts has proven to be a reliable and professional property management company, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of such services. A big thank you to Bethany and the entire team for their hard work and dedication!

We initially thought our probate sale would be straightforward, but a large stock of similarly sized new-build properties on the level market meant it proved trickier than we’d hoped. However we appointed DB Roberts after meeting 4 agents in total as they seemed very professional, realistic in terms of achievable sale price, and very responsive - all combined with a fair price. We had unavoidable issues with our sale (cancellation of purchasers’ sale at last minute!) but they were very practical and got a regular range of good quality viewings throughout the process. They also liaised regulator with updates and useful overview on what the local market was doing. We finally achieved the price we wanted and we have happy new owners moving in this week. Highly recommended.
