Nice tea purveyor
Shipping was quicker than expected. Some of the teas are exceptional. Others not so much. Really like the Earl Grey. Great nose and flavor.

I generally order twice a year, large orders. This time I ordered the Reishi Relax! An awesome infusion of fruity Ingredients and of course the reishi mushroom with all its wonderful healthy benefits! I have a cup each morning to start my day! A couple of my favourites also are cactus rose, cool balance, silent night, lavender buttercream, and magic potion! Oops almost forgot my power house drink Blood Orange Boost! Packs a wonderful boost of flavour and energy! Awesome teas for life!

David's tea a perdu beaucoup d'étoiles au fil des ans. la vaste sélection de thés a disparu. Il ne reste plus beaucoup de choix correspondant à mon profil de buveur. Mes plus grands coup de coeur ont presque tous disparu. Il n'y a plus de service à la clientèle. La livraison coûte cher. Le système de points est moins avantageux qu'avant. Je concentre tous mes achats vers Camellia Synensis maintenant. J'achète chez David's tea à l'occasion lorsqu'il y a exceptionnellement de la disponibilité pour une de mes variétés de thé.

David's tea got back to me and made this right. We have our tea and it's a favorite; they also gave me points towards a future purchase.

Réflexion d'une fan de longue date.
Je suis une fan de David's tea depuis 2017. La compagnie a bien changée depuis le 6-7 ans. J'ai eu qqe problèmes avec le service à la clientèle et les expéditions. La sélection de thé est bcoup moindres qu'avant et j'ai l'impression qu'on laisse tomber ceux qui ne boivent pas de matcha. Étant sûr chimiothérapie, le matcha est fortement déconseillé et je vois énormément de développement de ce côté pendant que le reste est en plan! J'ai aussi été déçu de voir que le calendrier de Noël 2026 comportera 147g de thé alors que les version précédente, on a en avant pour 200g. Ça commence à être difficile de "partager avec qqn" à moins de boire de l'eau dilué sans oublié qu'il n'y a AUCUNE nouveauté dans le calendrier de thé caféinés. Je demeure supportive de la marque mais commence à faire de plus en plus d'achat ailleurs. C'est aussi rendu très très cher. Le système de point n'est plus le même.. Mais je me demande, pour une fan de thé noir et Rooibos, il reste quoi pour moi?! As-ton encore envie de m'avoir comme cliente ou je ne suis plus la clientèle cible?!

I LOVE David's tea. My husband and I have started every day for years with their Cream of Earl Gray and end each day with Valerian Nights. We recently wanted to branch out and try some new teas, and I was very happy with the process from purchasing (they have a great selection) to delivery.

The tea is absolutely delicious
The tea is absolutely delicious. My daughter-in-law made a pot of Shirley Temple tea this afternoon.We drank it with a Little Rock sugar, both hot and iced.We loved it both ways. My granddaughter enjoyed it, too. The peach tea is always a favorite.

Great flavour profiles
I get a big order of David’s herbal teas once or twice a year. I really enjoy having a big pot of their tea in the evening and sometimes also make iced tea. Their blends have great flavour profiles and lots of depth. I haven’t found that with other companies. The website is easy to use, I like being able to access my previous choices and delivery works well.

Needs improvement but good teas
I’ve been shopping at DavidsTea for years. They have a wide selection to choose from. Things that I don’t like are the high shipping minimums, the use of Canada Post who has proven to be unreliable in the past, the significant increase in cost of the teas, and the way the rewards program works now

Matcha Heaven
I got the strawberry matcha and blueberry matcha. They are a few of my faves and they were on sale so why not. The flavor is super yummy. I was sad that the cherry blossom matcha was gone as that one is my ultimate favorite. Otherwise, shipping was on the dot and to make it free I got a half price cinnamon Chai, also super yum! I just miss their free samples that they used to give. It was a way to try flavors you wouldn't normally try so I'm totally bummed about that. If only there was a store close by. All of them closed and the closest one is over 1000+ km away. Otherwise a perfect experience.
