Good product, terrible shipping/customer service experience
I very much enjoy products from David's Tea however, purchasing their products online is beyond a hassle. After placing my order and paying $8.99 for shipping, my order status has been stuck in "label created, not yet picked up by carrier" for more than a week. Any attempt to contact customer service directs you an AI representative bot that essentially parrots what you ask back to you in the form of a response and offers no insight into your questions. Reaching out to the customer service email address has also yet to yield a response. I understand shipping has been a nightmare for companies during recent years, however when researching this problem online, it seems this is not a new issue for the company. I really do love the products but unfortunately I don't think I'll ever place an online order with David's Tea ever again.

I love my Davids Tea…
I loved my recent Davids Tea experience. They have some unique teas that I come back for again and again at their store. This time, I purchased a year's worth of Hot Chocolate Tea. I just love this tea because it allows me to get the essence and flavor of hot chocolate without having all the calories. I brew it strong and put a bit of milk in to add some creaminess. It's just the best and I don't know what I'd do without Davids blend of chocolate and pu'erh tea.

Poor customer service
Two of the teas I ordered were not included in the delivery. I had to contact customer service 6 times before they reluctantly agreed to give me only a store credit. They had expected photos of the missing items! Not sure how you can take a picture of something that isn't there. David's Tea customer service is not set up to actually help the customer when things go wrong.

David’s Tea is amazing BUT the FLEET OPTICS delivery service is terrible!!! Not good at following instructions, once at apartment/condo one try and they leave. I actually picked up phone , dead air. Expecting they would try again. The second day never left depot, no updates for that day, last day arrived at 8 pm, I left my phone # for text updates. Stayed home 3 days waiting for delivery!!!!!

Always happy with my order.
I only get my loose leaf tea from David's Tea. Their black tea is never bitter even if I over steep it. My granddaughters and I love the flavoured matcha teas. I also really like the fact that they deliver to post office boxes as I live rurally.

Je suis satisfaite de la commande. Ce que je trouve dommage c’est que l’on ne retrouve plus le thé vert marocain â la menthe en magasin. C’est un de nos préférés à mon conjoint et moi. Pour une commande sans frais, il faut acheter pour 75$, ce qui n’est pas toujours évident. Également, le gin tonic a disparu, c’est dommage.

Just A Horrible Company
Now I remember why I quit ordering from these folks a couple years ago. And now that they are in the United States they are even worse. I can get it off of Amazon within two days but these guys take almost 2 weeks. Horrible Customer Service. why even bother shipping from the United States! And in my review, you want the date I ordered it and by order number? Just Wow! I love your tea, but I do not like your business at all.

Way way way too long on shipping…
Way way way too long on shipping…,
Didn’t get a confirmation of the order for days. Then got constant emails maybe five of them saying that they’re packing the stuff. I mean how ridiculous. Then I got five more emails suggesting they’re getting ready to ship like that’s some kind of a task….lol. Then started getting emails about approximate date, but I couldn’t click on the tracking because there was nothing there and it was taking me to different website. Then finally they started sending shipping dates with proper tracking process, but the shipping date kept changing. Then eventually after three or four more emails about Shipping And nothing more they sent a definite shipping delivery date. As it turned out, they didn’t deliver it on that day at all and then sent me an email saying there was some kind of an exception for a delay. No other explanations. Then a few more days went by and they sent me an email saying OK we’re actually gonna deliver it on those day. I lost track to be honest. I was ready to call them and cancel the entire order and get my money back. And then it finally arrived two days ago. I’m not sure it’s worth the trouble. I will think long and hard before ordering from them ever again.
