Excellent service all way long
We are an overseas company and recently placed an order with Data Tools Ltd. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. James, our point of contact, provided brilliant service throughout. Offering clear communication, helpful advice, and excellent support every step of the way. James truly went above and beyond to ensure we received the right tools for our needs. The delivery was punctual, the goods were properly stacked, and everything arrived exactly as expected.
We couldn't recommend Data Tools Ltd and especially James. A reliable and professional partner we would gladly work with again.

1 star, i wanted to give u 0 and i ll tell u why: 5 amp battery is 59£ excluding VAT, really? If u google it u ll find out from the competitors that u can buy for 55 max 60£ with VAT a 5 amp battery.
Why? Why we need to know prices without Vat, we still paying it. But your prices are really really high. Google it , or check your competitors

Risposta di Data Powertools Ltd
Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear that you feel like our pricing on a certain item is an issue, we always show each item before and after VAT on each item page and it fully totals up at checkout as well once you have picked your delivery option. Of course we won't always be the cheapest on all 4,000+ stock lines but we do our best to keep our prices as low as possible for our customers. On many stock lines we will be cheaper than elsewhere. We also need to check you are comparing exactly the same product as you have seen advertised at a lower price.
Please give us a call on 02920 595710 or email us at sales@datapowertools.co.uk if you would like to discuss this with us further as we are always happy to help and we can check if a promotional price can be applied to this stock item.
Best Regards
