Hi Geoffrey, Thanks so much for your honest feedback and for highlighting the quality of the product—we’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with it!
We’re sorry to hear about the delay with the delivery. While we rely on third-party carriers, we understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t arrive on time. We’ll be sure to pass this on to our logistics partners to help improve future service.
Thanks again for your order and for taking the time to leave a review.
