The movers worked hard and didn't waste any time from getting my site survey completed to my belongings moved onto the truck. Same thing at my destination, everyone worked well together and got me setup in my new apartment.

Everyone at Mayflower/United did an excellent job. Joey, Cathy and Jose all worked wonders and made the move so easy. Nothing was scratched or broken and all schedules were met. Any time I had a question it was answered immediately. Would highly recommend them.

I couldn't have had a better moving company for my first relocation. I had never been relocated by a company before and had heard all the horror stories. From the time the movers walked into my house I felt at ease and a huge weight off my shoulders. Very respectful and courteous. I couldn't come up with 1 thing that I wasn't happy about. I did understand that moving a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house 900 miles would result in some damages. We had a couple damages that have been fixed and 1 cracked mirror that is getting replaced. I do not hold this against the moving company. I feel that only 3 damaged items is a huge win in my book, I know I would have damaged more moving it myself.

A move can be emotional and dramatic for the elderly. Beginning to end, step by step, DFI handles moves with care, sensitivity and quality.

The move was very smooth from the packers to the truck driver and loaders were all professional and easy to work with. Just stand back and let them do their job. Only reason not a five is one cabinet was damaged but we decided not to file a claim.

Our entire move, from start to finish, was top notch. The packers were professional, quick, and extremely careful with all of our belongings. The driver supervised the entire process and made sure nothing was broken or damaged. They were fast but careful! We got to the new destination and they took the same care with unpacking our things. Nothing was broken! We had numerous claims with the last company we used with our last move. I would recommend them to anyone. Great company!!

Our move across country was handled excellently from the early planning in January thru the sale of our house and move in August. We called them before our home went on the market and they guided us through all the steps until our home was sold, helping us get packing boxes and packing the things that we were not capable of doing. The loaders and driver were exceptionally careful with our belongings and our home. Even after the move, we found only a couple of things damaged and they quickly settled with us to our satisfaction. We would recommend them to anyone who needs a mover. I might add that they had moved us 20 years earlier when we made the move to our home then. We will always rely on them! Great folks!

This recent move was the second time I have used Daryl Flood Relocation & Logistics to coordinate my move. First was California to Washington and now to Texas. Both times, each step was smooth and was handled so well: professionally and with courtesy, was on time, and with great kindness (I'm eighty-one years old and was probably a pest when I got times or dates confused).

Candace Clifford was the key person for me as I needed a pack-out/pickup date before the end of 2015. She made it happen even though it was in the middle of the Christmas/New Year holiday season. On December 29 a crew appeared and soon my shipment was on it's way. I Was kept informed every step of the way and the delivery to my apartment in an independant living community was quickly and professionally accomplished. I'm a very satisfied customer!

At every step, from pickup to delivery, every item was handled with professional care. Everything arrived intact and placed inside so as to make my unpacking easier. Every one involved was wonderful to me in a difficult time.

Unsatisfied with damaged property. A family antique chair was damaged either in storage or during the move from Austin to Seattle. An arm was broken off as well as the rush seat was sliced. I was unable to get the chair repaired as it was determined that the chair was repaired before. When that was brought to my attention, it looked like the repair work was done 50+ years before. The chair was in very good - not destroyed - condition when it was picked up for storage. $0 dollars were given for the damage. Unfortunately, I didn't have a photo of the chair - Jeyson Peters, Sales Rep. would know that it was in very good shape when they stored for me.
