I love buying my clothes from Damak, the quality of there clothes is always the best quality especially for comfort. They regularly have new designs and the best thing is the size’s they don’t leave those who have more weight then normal out something which the majority of stores do online. I would definitely recommend Damak.

Great quality material and design, and comfortable to wear. Embroidery is of a good quality and can withstand a machine wash.
Clothing is true to size and the face that there is a good selection of sizing is inclusive for many people.

Fast delivery I’ve never had a problem with, quality materials and thread work I can’t never fault, all different style of kurtas to 2 or even 3 piece for any occasions. I’ve been purchasing Damak clothing since 2015.. and for a plus size women it was hard to find nice kurtas back then especially with my sizes. I did so much research and I found damak and I never buy anywhere else since then. I’ve worn them in holidays, parties, Eid occasions and casual everyday wear and even so comfortable when I have been pregnant. They also ask customers on a regular basis what we want and they really listen to the customers. I loved it when they start getting all their pastel brown colours they follow the trend. Sizing has never been wrong. I got all my family hooked on to damak clothing and friends and they absolute love it too. If your looking to be simple or chic and classy damak have it all. I think I’ve brought over 100 of clothing and will carry on doing so.. I am a genuine loyal customer and will always be. Love it!!

Damak clothing is very good in quality, embroidery perfect suitable for any age, plenty of different designing, delivery time is very fast, clothing are very comfort, different sizes available, I have been Damak customer since 2015 and love it, very highly recommended, most of my family and friends order clothing from Damak, and the prices are reasonable too.

I have placed several orders before and had no issues. On this occasion, I ordered 4 items. 1 item was faulty with the thread clearly coming loose and un-ravelling. I sent lots of pictures to show this. After several emails back and forth, I was told (rather abruptly) to return it at my own cost. If goods are faulty on arrival then the company should pay for return postage. It makes no sense to return it recorded delivery (as they will no doubt say they haven't received the item) for a moderate value item. Absolutely rubbish customer service. I wish that I had read all the other truspilot reviews before ordering now. Buyers beware; read the T & C's before ordering.

Following the company's reply: The thread was already unravelling on receipt. I sent many photos showing this as the pattern was quite clearly asymmetrical where it has come undone on one side. Of course I am not comfortable to wear a piece where the main design already has and will continue to come apart once worn or washed. I did not order a one use item. You expect longevity on a such a product. The people in customer service need to be more open to customer criticism when things go wrong instead of being so defensive. Yes, things can go wrong with an order or an item. They should strive to make things right. The overall theme on all these poor reviews is that "the customer is NEVER right". When there is a fault, the company should pay the return postage before the customer returns the item as, from the nasty tone in the emails, the customer has no guarantee that it will be refunded. I will be contacting trading standards as the website does not state what happens in case a customer receives faulty items. This is against distance selling rules.

I've ordered a few Kurtas from them and have been very pleased.
The sizes are generous so it's important to ensure you measure according to their sizes. I'm generally a L but their medium fitted me nicely and is generous. I always find asian outfits to be too tight on bust and hips but that's not the case with damak.
The outfits for lovely. The fabrics are amazing quality and sooo comfortable and prices are very good. Definitely worth the buy.
