Good but bad
Bought 25 ink cartridge and of them 5 have leaked and 2 did not get any ink out (just worked a little in the beginning).
Maybe just unlycky but will keep my eyes open more if there will be more problems.

I am sorry to hear you received 7 faulty ink cartridges, we do offer a 'No Quibble' credit or replacement warranty policy. So, if this was ever to happen you could contact us via our website or by email or phone and cartridges can be returned to us and you will receive either a full refund for the cartridges or replacement cartridges if you prefer. the cost of shipping are very high
The shipping costs are too expensive, € 34.57 is very expensive for a economy express shipping.

Hi Xavier,
Thank you for your feedback, we are continually trying to better our shipping prices, I notice that you order regularly with a small amount ordered, with the very small orders Express shipping can actually be the cheaper option because of the size and weight of the box delivered. Please also note that most of our goods have a 12 month shelf life, so purchasing larger quantities less often would be a more cost-effective option in regards to shipping costs.
We will continue our work of improving shipping prices, which we of course always pass onto our customers.
