My dress was beautiful online, when it arrived it wasn't worth $389.99 at all, and I ended u paying £120 at customs. Ridiculous. Customer service was so slow after receiving payment. For reference I ordered the 'ITALY' dress in Red. The diamantes weren't sewed on greatly either.

Customer service is the worst. I would never buy or recommend this store even to my worst enemy. Gave me a faulty dress, n expressed that they wld change it, but all they did was iron out the material to make it less obvious. Liars. Also I had to pin up the hook in the back bcuz it kept opening. Worst set of females associates, they need training.

I was recommended to this store but once i put my order for a custom made dress and I started reading the reviews i got nervous but at the end omg my wedding dress came out so beautiful thank you for them for making my vision come true

I wouldn’t even give it a one star. I walked in was not greeted! I had to ask for help. I called before I came from another state & asked could I try on Items, when I got there they told me just a select few items, which weren’t the items I wanted to try on. They a very rude!

I had the besttttt experience ever. Not only did I request a custom dress in a timely manner, I had them ship it overnight so I could get it to Jamaica so I could wear it the following day. They were so sweet about it & ohh the dress was niceeee❤️‼️

I was in search for the perfect dress for my 30th High School Reunion: Dirty Thirty Sneaker Ball.

After finding the Sneaker I wanted I needed to find the dress to best compliment it. I had ordered dresses from different websites but none of them captured my vision.

After a recommendation from friend I visited Dach Boutique. When I got to the store I was initially intimidated as a woman of a Certain Age and Weight. But the staff worked with me to find the dress that best suited my needs. They helped me to discover that I could wear a BodyCon dress. They took my measurements and I was on my way. Less than two weeks later I was called to pick up my dress.

Dach Boutique understood the assignment. It was more beautiful than I imagined. It fit like a Dream.

All night at my reunion people raved about and complimented my dress. I will definitely be back again. The staff were helpful and helped me deal with my body image issues. Next time I need a special dress made I will definitely start my search at Dach Boutique. And you should too.

Wish I could give 0 stars..I rode to this store twice from Baltimore because my daughter wanted this particular dress for her up coming birthday...they were not friendly at all matter of they were rude first and for most after the unfriendly tone and their stink attitude I wouldn't have spent a dime of my money in there anyway...my first visit there her dress was to small when she tried it on from the rack...so she measured my daughter who was fully dressed in a heavy hoodie and sweatpants...I said why would you get measured fully dressed I said this to the girl who was doing the measurements...anyway we return a week later because she said it would be ready in 4 days and thank goodness it was ..and it was too big when she tried it on again...they had to do alterations right than and there because I was not making a 3rd trip to this store from Baltimore. I go to sit in my car and wait for my daughter to come out because if I'd stayed in there... my mouth would have gotten reckless because of their lack of friendliness and professionalism... So here comes my daughter with the dress in a paper bag .. I was livid... I said all that hassle and money you let them put your dress in a paper bag. .and not on a hanger or in a garment bag . They better be glad I wasn't in the store at the time...because they'd got it royally from me but I didn't want to ruin it for my daughter... I do not recommend buying anything from this store.. they need to shut down and go learn some customer service skills.

Let me start by saying they have beautiful dresses! I Loved my dress just a little on the pricey side and wish they used different body types for the models. Other then that great experience

The absolute WORST boutique never order from here!!!!!!!!!!! They Are disgusting, the dresses are first of all made in China look NOTHING like what’s posted on their site!! It took my 30th birthday dress OVER a month to come while I was already away on my birthday vacation.... they lied over and over again about the time and whereabouts of my dress... I then sent the dress back never worn or touched ( very cheap material feathers falling off the dress) and did a complaint through my bank.. to which EVEN WHILE HAVING THE DRESS THEY tried to dispute it they are DISGUSTING MONEY HUNGRY WOMEN!! And their items are NOT what is advertised

Love what this store sells but I bought an outfit for my birthday I was told it would be here by august 20th it didn’t arrive till august 26th literally the day I leave for my vacation and when I open it the top is a completely different color then what I ordered it was suppose to be gold and red what I received was green and red I have zero time to go and buy another outfit I’m so disappointed and frustrated when I wrote them they apologized and asked if I wanted to send back for another outfit or store credit I spent over $200 on this because I had the stop altered and the skirt made a little longer smh I honestly don’t see how they even thought this was ok …the first picture is what I ordered and the second is what I received

Never ordering from these people again horrible customer service the person who answers the phone is rude as hell hung up in my face, I called 23x she kept picking up and hanging up Lord knows I they better be glad I don’t live near there. The take your money make you spend extra 40 for expedited shipping just to make a label that say shipping label created and never actually ship! Please believe every bad review on websites about this company I waited because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but nope they are horrible people!!

I had a horrible experience here! Do not go here and give these people your money. I am a high school teacher and Mother who came here and spent my hard earned money ($277 dollars) purchasing a dress. I bought and wore it on my birthday and the emblem that was the main piece on cute dress came off when I put it on. The manager was rude when I bought it back saying that it looked washed and did not believe a word I said and yelled over me. I bought the dress back in to demand a refund or fixture. They claimed they couldn’t fix it and I still have not got the dress back that I paid for! I have never experienced horrible customer service like this on my life! They are horrible, unprofessional, rude, nonchalant and they don’t smile unless you are probably Spanish like them. It’s a shame that I spent my money for I dress I don’t have in my possession at this point but I will see them in small claims court!

Will never order from them again. Been waiting for my dress since September paid for expedited shipping today is December 6th still no refund for shipping or my dress after they have been promising me a refund. Very unprofessional they give you the run around about everything and there’s never a supervisor or manger available to speak with!

Absolutely Horrible!!!! I ordered a $260 dress a whole month in advance for my homecoming! After a month with no merchandise I called and was told that it would be sent out...still never Arrived! After my dad called and was told it would be sent out I received a call saying that the dress I ordered was not in stock and that a similar dress with a different pattern would be sent out next day delivery! Well needless to say it didn't arrive the next day! It arrived 2 days before my homecoming and here's the kicker!!!...when it arrived the zipper on the dress was backwards!!!!... and as a result I couldn't get it over my head!!!! After calling for the 10th time I was rudely told it was made that way! I had to take it to a seamstress where I had to Pay more money to have the zipper switched around and repaired!!!! I will NEVER purchase from this store again!!!! The service was horrible and the manager never called back and the salesperson hung up on my dad!!!!! Very disappointed and the quality of the dress was not like described at all!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FOREIGN OWNED STORE!!!!

Horrible customer service. I didn’t receive the outfit until 4 months later. When I called prior to FINALLY receiving my outfit the lady was very rude. ALSO they say everything is “custom”, NOT. The material is cheap and some of their “custom” outfits I’ve seen on their website are on other websites for cheaper! 190 and up for a cheap set or dress? Yeah ok never again. The yellow plunge dress they have on their website for 300 something dollars is on another website for way cheaper! EXACT SAME DRESS. And the website I saw the same dress on is a trusted site!

The quality of the clothing is not like what it looks like on their website. It's cheap. Shop somewhere else.

This company are unprofessional and thieves. I emailed , called and messaged them on Instagram for weeks to make sure my dress would come in time for my birthday it says (5-11 days shipping) I ordered this dress a month before hand and paid $40 for express shipping. They didn’t even send it out 2 days before my birthday , they demanded another $40 for guaranteed shipping in a 2 days?? From England to Australia was complete bs . They said they will cancel the order so I said can I have a refund ($380!!) they blocked me on Instagram and refused. Horrible horrible service and company wish I could give them 0 stars

BUYER BEWARE!!!! So I guess we should’ve read “all” of the complaints&reviews on this company Dach Boutique before ordering. I called to get the correct size to order a dress for my daughter they sent the wrong size&you’re not able to exchange it in time-I have read all of these reviews&everyone says the same thing ...that they get a poorly made dress or dress they say is custom?!!no it wasn’t& it was poorly made!!!$190 &it looks like a $20 dress-I tried to call &they answer the phone one time then they don’t answer ever again or they hang up -yes!!!owner that talked crap on these reviews...responding to people ...you did hang up !!!!I called you 14 times in a row& you hung up every time!!I have read all of these reviews&everyone says the same thing that they get a poorly made dress-I literally just gave this company basically $200 for no reason-what a scam!!they sent the dress two weeks after they said it was going to be sent&we paid for extra for rush shipping. They are definitely full of it&I don’t care about any of these people writing about how great their experience was@the Boutique- that’s because you’re right up in their faces at the face of their business but their online scam has got to stop!!!they don’t know what they are doing for real...taking peoples hard earned money will someday bite them in the butt- I really feel sorry for people that order an online dress for 600+ dollars from this place !!!!they will get a piece of crap that’s worth 20 bucks or less -pitiful business practices &the owner does not need to respond to this review-cuz honey all you know is SCAM- Merry Christmas& have fun with that $200 u just stole

they have great customer service & they’re very understanding!!! no disrespect no nothing.
