Fraudulent website, I bought a jacket in January and I never received it, it's been 5 months, 15 days after the purchase I was informed that the order was delayed because of the pandemic.

I received two beautiful sweaters. Customer service was very helpful in resolving an issue.

So far super disappointed! This company might be fraudulent- The jury is still out & I don’t know if the other reviews about receiving items are fake or legitimate. I paid for Expedited shipping 2 weeks ago, The customer service told me it was shipping from Arizona and I am in California. Well that in itself if a joke bc I asked for a tracking number when the customer service told me it shipped, and they sent me one showing shipping from Hong Kong. The label was created and the package never left the facility. Expedited shipping for 6-7 business days is $45.00 US… again it’s been 2 weeks and DHL shows it hasn’t moved since the label was printed. I now have to go buy a second dress option for my event I was going to wear my dress to and I’m out even more money than planned. I will likely be disputing the charge with my card company bc this feels like a scam altogether. Super disappointed because the ads for the clothes are beautiful and I would’ve loved to receive it.

The quality and style of my jacket was excellent! It took around two weeks to receive after I purchased but that seems to be pretty standard as of late. I’m very happy with my purchase! Good fit and quality.

The dress is beautiful and fits well! Great pricing and fair shipping. Highly recommend ❤️

J ai ecris au service client, il ne m a jamais répondu sur le délai de livraison. J ai commandé sur un site americain. Le colis est arrivé depuis la Chine. C est purement du dropshipping. Je ne recommande pas meme si l article est bien et en bon état. La declaration douaniere en Chine indiquait un prix 50% moins cher que ce que j ai payé

I ordered the wrong item. Contacted you guys since the item was not dropped off at post office yet…I was told at the beginning of the month the item was shipped. The post office it’s still waiting for it, according to the tracking number. Had to order a second item, the right color this time. Paid $45 for expedite shipping for 6-7 business day delivery. The item has a “shipped” status, but the item has not delivered yet. Like I don’t want the items anymore. You guys took almost $300 from and I wonder if I’m going to receive anything. And this sweater was a for an event I have next weekend. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST AN INSTAGRAM AD.

Purchased 2/28. Two weeks later says they have created shipping label but the carrier has yet to receive the package. I have gotten three requests to review my order. But have yet to receive. Poor logistics. Is it lost in your warehouse?

Bought a dress for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day. Came out beautiful and she was very happy with the quality!

The dress was over $111 and the images show it being lined and the dress I received is not. The fabric that’s used is cheap for sure and kind of rough. Also the XL size is more like a size 12 or so. I would not have bought this dress if I saw it in person for that price. I would say max it’s worth $50. You live and you learn. It does have real embroidery though which is pretty. It’s the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1.

Feel bad people are giving bad reviews just for shipping!! I was patient and and the jacket I ordered was beautiful and well made. Got lots of compliments.

I didn’t realize shipping would take almost a month. The jacket I purchased probably won’t be here in time for the event I bought it for. Very disappointed.

I ordered a jacket and it did not say it was backordered, but shipping says it will be here over a month after ordering.

I have only good things to say about Alejandro who contacted me directly to let me know the status of one of my orders with flowerchildpeople. In addition, I had trouble with another order and he fixed it in no time. Terrific guy to work with and am very happy to give him this well-deserved five-star review.

Didn’t receive any shipping information as when to expect item.
Got an update that some items were sold out and I would receive a refund.
4 days later still no refund when would I expect this please.
I did get one response to an email about changing shipping address.
Would really like to hear when to expect my refund for items paid that was sold out .

Just sent another email regarding a jacket i purchased for over a 100 pounds xl far to small.
I asked for returns address and got a reply order number ?thats all email said. I gave number and they sent me my delivery details again i have emailed since no reply i have emailed again today so am waiting ,
