Fantastic service
Visited Dace Manchester today. My son was picking up his new car. Fantastic service from start to finish. Chris was a star and talked us through every step. He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable.
Will definitely be using Dace in the future.

Great experience purchasing a car from Dace Motor Group. Jack the sales executive made the everything easy with his friendly & professional approach. At no stage did I feel pressured whilst deciding on my purchase, Jack was just there to help.Would definitely recommend.

Deserve zero star rating specially after such a response
went to the Eccles branch to view a car. today, The first member of staff asked us to look around at the cars and come back to the office once we had found one we were interested in.
We found a car we liked and were genuinely interested in buying it. However, the second member of staff seemed completely uninterested in making a sale and told us that the car was reserved, even though it was still showing as available online
He also refused to let us see inside the car. When I explained that I was prepared to purchase the car that day and pay in cash, he simply asked me to come back to the office to discuss it.
Unfortunately, by that point it was too late. The company has lost a genuine sale due to the poor customer service and lack of interest shown by the staff member. A very disappointing experience and wont recommend anyone to deal with such company

We are disappointed to hear about your experience; however, we would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your visit.
The vehicle you were interested in already had a reservation against it. We allow customers to place reservations on vehicles when they are unable to attend the dealership on the same day, and therefore we could not sell the vehicle to another customer while that reservation was in place.
Whether you were paying cash or using finance does not change this, as we have an obligation to honour the reservation already placed on the vehicle.
We did also offer you the opportunity to view other vehicles from our stock, with around 700 cars available, so that we could hopefully find you a suitable alternative. Unfortunately, you declined this offer and chose not to look at any of the other vehicles available.
We understand that this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but the team member was simply following our reservation process and was unable to sell a vehicle that had already been reserved.

Spoke to Jack Hilton originally regarding a trade in. Jack was pleasant & helpful.
We were handed over to Joe once we'd decided to go ahead. (Jack was on holiday). Really happy with the outcome and found Joe also friendly and efficient and we left with the car we wanted.

I recently bought a car from Tom and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tom was friendly, honest, and really helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, there was no pressure, and the car was exactly as described.

Wanted to buy a car and place a deposit…
Wanted to buy a car and place a deposit never called back when they said they would and when asked for a battery certificate said they would email over but no response. If this is how they communicate when you want to buy a car how would it be if there was a problem. Because of the poor communication they have lost a £19k sale…

We have looked into this and, having reviewed the actual timeline of events, we feel it is important to clarify what happened, as some of the comments in this review do not accurately reflect the events.
You contacted us regarding the vehicle and requested a battery health check on the electric battery. This is not a report that we have available instantly at the click of a button, particularly when requested during the afternoon. We arranged for the vehicle to have the appropriate check carried out at the earliest opportunity and provided the information to you the following day.
We also offered you the opportunity to place a deposit to reserve the vehicle. You advised us that you would do so, however, no deposit was actually received by us. Without a confirmed reservation or deposit, we cannot remove a vehicle from sale and have to continue making it available to other customers.
We therefore feel that the comments regarding our communication need to be reconsidered. The battery health check was arranged and provided at the earliest opportunity, and we also gave you the opportunity to secure the vehicle by placing a reservation.
We are disappointed that you ultimately decided not to proceed with the purchase, but we do not believe it is fair or accurate to suggest that we failed to communicate with you based on the events that actually took place. Sometimes, despite doing what we believe is the right thing and making every reasonable effort to assist a customer, we simply cannot win in every situation. We are always happy to accept constructive criticism where we have fallen short, but we also believe reviews should accurately reflect the circumstances.
