After a slippery start with my daughters first car. Purchased from Dace car supermarket in Stockport.
Jason came to the rescue and sorted it out. Customer care is excellent and I would like to give it 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 but I can't.

Top quality service and customer after care. The staff are friendly and will go the extra mile to help their customers. When I spoke to the after care team Jason was very helpful and saw the car right away, they fixed any issues that raised any concerns and customer happiness seems to be a priority here. I took a trip to Dace with the intention of purchasing a car I'd seen on their website in January.
We met Callum H, who listened to my needs and advised me accordingly. There was no pressure at any point from him or any other member of staff.
The whole showroom has a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Sadly, I had to take the car back after a few weeks for something that couldn't have been predicted. I spoke to Jason, who was calm and reassuring from the start. He arranged a courtesy car for me and got mine back on the road in less than 24 hours. He even arranged for it to be cleaned. Thank you to the detailing and mechanical team!
I can't speak highly enough of everyone I dealt with. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and how quickly and smoothly things were dealt with when I needed to return the car for a repair.
I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.
