I like the cabinet it was easy to put together. But The doors are very hard to match up and get straight.

Ordered the items and received them. Never had a hitch so far, except one time an item was shipped from a warehouse further away and it took over a week to get here. Otherwise seems items I order I am happy with for the most part.

First time purchasing from this company. The delivery was quick with free shipping! Super easy to assemble. Took less than 15 minutes to put together and it looks beautiful!

This was my first order with Cymax, and even though there was a little nick on my table top, they were quick to resolve my problem and were very friendly when talking to them.

After searching many websites for the Jofan Matrix chest, this was on the only site that would allow me to backorder it and give an approximate delivery date. To my surprise it arrive more than a week ahead of time which made me very happy.

I love the bar I ordered and the people I spoke to were very nice. The bar directions on how to put it together was terrible. I called to try and get a hold of the company but no one could help. Had to hire a professional and even he had a hard time. When buying something online and it has to be put together they should make sure that the directions are easy to follow or you can get hold of the company to ask questions.

It has lots of space it blends with furniture and sturdy.

I would say this experience was less than so so. The desk is nice, and for the most part the order went smoothly. The sales rep I spoke with on the phone helped with my order and was very enthusiastic about it. He acted as if he were my best friend. But when one of the items showed up damaged, he pawned me off on the manufacturer. Suddenly, he was not so excited about helping me anymore. You could tell in his tone of voice that I was a nuisance. When the manufacturer told me that it was the Cymax rep's responsibility to place the replacement order, well, I knew I would probably never hear from him again; and I didn't. (I did get an email about the order but it was not from the rep and it was weeks after I spoke with the manufacturer) I called the manufacturer and pleaded my case to a rep who understood what was happening and she placed the order for me. We like the desk, but I would never buy from Cymax again. They want the sale but not the responsibility if something goes wrong.
