Ultra fast shipping! I ordered a computer desk that came in two large boxes. Looks like Cymax and FedEx both did their parts perfectly! Time to see how Sauder fares!!! I'd highly recommend Cymax to anyone!

One star is way too much
One star is way too much. Nasty experience dealing with this company. The way they operate is a scheme or just fraud, whatever you want to call it. Lying or falsifying to get the card information and then deal with them for time and lucky if you get your money back.

Awful experience - zero customer support, disorganized unhelpful and pretty much idiots...
They shipped half my order to the correct address, and the other half of my order all the way across the state - good luck trying to get any customer service.

Ordered Recliner as Xmas present on 27th of Nov. now it is the last day for delivery before the holiday weekend. They’re not replying to emails, they haven’t given me a tracking number. “Supposedly” it shipped last Friday. I don’t believe a word they say. I would never order anything through this company again.

horrible experience. ordered a headboard and they sent the wrong size, then they told me i had to pay return shipping!
why take the chance on these charlatans, use a company with a real return service and that has actual customer service!

They sent it to the wrong address. Wouldn't take any ownership for the mistake. Charged me to reship. Lied about the carrier and the cost. Now they are late getting the package and cannot even give me a tracking number or any information as to when the carrier will retrieve and reroute the package. This company is terrible.
Horrible Customer Service!!!!
Palm Tree arrived broken away from it's pot. I called and emailed at least 4 times but nothing was done. It's sitting in our garage waiting for us to figure out how to fix it. Horrible company!

My husband placed our office furniture order with John based on his confirmation that all of the products were IN STOCK and he could meet our necessary delivery date.
After confirming all details and paying, we could not get tracking information for days and knew something might not be right.
Six days later John emailed that our order was never picked up! and was still sitting in CA. The order was to be on the east coast in 7 - 8 days.
Bottom line we had to scramble opening a new business and pay DOUBLE for similar office furniture. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED ANYTHING FOR A SPECIFIC DATE. This is alarming that a company can not honor a pick up and ship date.
Worst Customer Service, Faulty Advertising
I bought two ACME Sinai Chairs from them in the green color. Online they look a sage green, in person they are split pea soup green. We received them and opened one box, never sat in it, and emailed them immediately that we wanted to return them because it wasn't properly advertised at all and they are a COMPLETELY different color. They then respond saying its a $100 reshelfing fee AND I have to pay the return shipping. I call them saying thats a load of bull because I will lose the price of one chair or more by the time I do that. They tell me to send them pictures of the ad and the chair and their team will discuss it and get back to me with in 5 days. Over a week later, I get an email saying they determined that the chair is the same color (no its not I have eyes, and everyone else I asked laughed and said its not even remotely close), and that screens differ in brightness, color calibration, they used studio lighting, etc. As a professional photographer, I was insulted. My screens are brand new, calibrated, I know how studio lighting works, and I looked at it on several different screens, muting their point. I told them I know what they did thats why I want the fee waved because they have a terrible chair color that they are trying to manipulate the color of with light to make it a more appealing color to people. So now I'm stuck trying to sell two chairs I hate because they don't want to waive $100 restocking fee, and they are receiving a terrible review for the Worst Customer Service I've ever had. The ordering process was very easy. The service person I spoke to was so helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. Order arrived during time stated... tracking process was a breeze! I will be ordering more plus recommending site to others.

Shocking return policy
I bought a desk for $127.88. The desk arrived damaged (one corner of the table was damaged) and one of the parts did not fit well.
My return instructions informed me that I am entitled to a refund of $81.09 (restocking fee and shipping fee) + I am responsible for the return shipping cost.
I do not think this company stand by the products they sell and make the buyer take all the risks.

We had an excellent experience with Cymax. The service representative helped fill our order by pulling from 2 warehouses. Our purchase arrived on time and necessary follow-up service was very responsive as well.

Two Products-Two Issues!
I ordered two products from these (apparently) related companies. The first cabinet arrived in almost perfect condition. There was only a slight 1/2 inch graze on the back corner. I think I can sand and repair it without any one being aware. All it needed was a little foam to guard the corner and it would have arrived perfectly. The box looked beat up and the delivery guy put it against the garage and never rang the doorbell. I like the cabinet.
The second tall cabinet was a different story. I was careful about checking each piece for the corners based on my first cabinet. All the corners looked perfect. I missed a big gouge that looked like it had been done before packing and was ignored since it was on the front of the long front panel. So I had the cabinet put together before I noticed it. I am going to fill and paint it. I think the company could have included a small touch up paint kit and that might have helped me. This box also looked beat up and we were expecting the corners to be broken which they were not. I actually liked the cabinet except for the owie!!
