Even though they've got an extensive…

Even though they've got an extensive range of products. Where the company lags is the customer care side. I had placed an order on 25th of Sept 2021 and it is 14th October now and I haven't received the product yet!! I'm okay with there being any delay on the part of the courier team. But what these guys do is never follow up if the their product is delivered to the customer or not.
And when I had asked the customer executive (Shobhit) for the reason, he says that he'll look it up and get back to me, he never got back. This is my pet peeve! If there is a problem, atleast communicate. Two star-worthy service.

Extremely poor return process

Extremely poor return process. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.
Customer has to courier the merchandise
Customer has to follow up and send multiple reminders for approval of return , then multiple times customer has to mail asking for confirmation if you’ll have received it
Then multiple follow ups for changed size.
Very very poor interface and communication especially for return goods.

LONG BUT PLZ READ TO KNOW THESE CROOKS BETTER

In response to your reply, it is your fault, failing to reply to my query to your support team. You claim that you've communicated the zip-code issue to me - yes but when? after I wrote this review and a desperate attempt to contact your team. Sit back and consider why a customer would post complaints on third-party sites rather than justify the incompetency on your part. As I've said before, it's your failing that you can not establish a clear and faster medium of communication with your client. When you push a client to the limits and they start complaining, who is at fault? Do you want your paying customers to take it lying down?!!

Also, regarding the zip-code issue, I don't live in a jungle! Delhivery has their main hub less than a kilometer from my house. I receive multiple parcels via Delhivery from different online shopping portals each month. So there goes the reply to your claim for the non serviceable zip code claim!!

Also, you didn't reply why you have multiple reviews of the same item published on different dates on your website's review page; and why you don't have a 'Cancel order' option??

THIS IS IN REFERENCE TO ORDER NO (CYCLOP-13255). I RECEIVED THE TRACKING ID BUT SOMEHOW THE PARCEL IS IN "RETURN UNDELIVERED" MODE RIGHT AT THE COURIER PICK-UP HUB. TRIED CONTACTING THEIR SUPPORT TEAM BUT THEY HARDLY REPLY - LAST TIME THEY REPLIED WAS CONFIRMING THE ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED AND THAT THEY'LL BE SENDING OUT VIA A DIFFERENT COURIER. THEIR SUPPORT TEAM HAS NOT REPLIED SINCE. THIS IS 2021 AND NO ONE SHOULD BE IN BUSINESS WITH COMMUNICATION BREAKS LIKE THIS!!

FIRST, WHY SHOULD IT TAKE MORE THAN A WEEK TO RECEIVE THE ITEM BACK IF IT HAS ACTUALLY BEEN RETURNED FROM THE ORIGIN HUB? SOMETHING IS FISHY.
TALKING ABOUT BEING FISHY, CHECK OUT THE REVIEW PAGE ON THEIR WEBSITE. ALL FIVE STARS; SAME REVIEW OF SAME ORDERS REPEATEDLY PUBLISHED ON DIFFERENT DATES.

SECOND, IF IT HAS BEEN RETURNED AND ON THE WAY TO THEM THEN SHOULDN'T THE SELLER SEND OUT A NEW PARCEL IMMEDIATELY? WHY WAIT FOR THEM TO RECEIVE THE ITEM AND THEN RESEND? IT IS NOT FAIR THAT I WAIT DOUBLE THE TIME FOR NO FAULT OF MINE.

THIRD, THEY DON'T HAVE A 'CANCEL ORDER' OPTION IN THEIR ORDER PAGE...WHICH MEANS EVEN IF YOU WANTED TO CANCEL AND GET A REFUND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. THIS IS JUST LIKE FORCEFULLY TAKING THE MONEY.

THESE PEOPLE ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. BEWARE.

your packet was returned by the courier because your pin-code is non-serviceable and same was communicated to you by our support team. Its very easy to jump on review sites and call a business crook without understanding the logistics issues and courier limitations to your zip code. your money will be refunded when the packet is delivered back to us.
