Na aankoop van een fiets van ruim 2000 euro bij Cyclovriend, bleek deze binnen zes maanden al ernstige mankementen te vertonen (versleten naaf, belt en achterwiel). Volgens de Nederlandse wet valt dit onder wettelijke garantie: gebreken binnen 6 maanden worden geacht al bij levering aanwezig te zijn, tenzij anders aangetoond.

Toch weigert Cyclovriend iets te vergoeden — zelfs na overleg, facturen én een offerte. Er wordt gesuggereerd dat het defect door mijn lengte of gewicht komt (zonder technische onderbouwing), en men verschuilt zich achter hun interne garantievoorwaarden. Dat is niet alleen juridisch zwak, maar ook klantonvriendelijk.

Als je een fiets koopt bij Cyclovriend (vroeger fietsvoordeel), wees gewaarschuwd: zodra er iets misgaat, ben je volledig afhankelijk van hun bereidwilligheid. En die is er, zo blijkt, nauwelijks.

Because of poor delivery

The experience was good. With regard to delivery promptness, updates on delivery, product packaging and product quality.

I ordered a Shimano shifter set (7x3). The delivery was fast and the parts were well-protected. Additionally, I was surprised to receive a brake cable housing and line, I guess it was mentioned in the spec but written in a technical way like OT-SIS41. Any order below Rs. 2000 will have to pay delivery charges which is a very high bar. Also you have to pay the MRP price of product which is not well thought out.

Part Booked on 30-Jan -2025 and part picked up on 06-02-2025 and estimated delivery date now is 11-02-2025. I haven't received the item yet,

Timely delivery and prompt service. Genuine products but overpriced.

Item not as described and has missing parts so is not usable. Return policy is grossly unfair and untrustworthy as is refund policy. No contact phone number available.

I have not got the warranty confirmation till date inspite of asking for it

I could find the same item at lower price and better offer on other website

Vittoria auto fix tube for MTB is Excellent product, value for money

I ordered a pair of gloves, and it took a solid two weeks for them to arrive. But when I finally received them, I was shocked to see that the color was completely off — nothing like what was shown in the photo or described on the website.

I immediately reached out for a return, refund, or store credit, expecting some sort of decent customer service, but instead, I was left waiting for another two weeks just to have my request flat-out denied. The gloves were still in their original packaging with tags, and never worn — yet somehow, they were magically deemed “non-returnable.”

It’s beyond frustrating to deal with a company that not only fails to deliver on their promises but also offers zero support when there’s an issue. If you’re thinking about ordering from them, be prepared for terrible customer service and no accountability. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

The bib was dirty and even the elastic was dirty and dusty didn't store it properly i guess
