As the certificate shows as a 'used' status, it will now not work. This can be reversed, however we would need some information from the retailer directly.

I got a great bike at a great price…
I got a great bike at a great price thanks to the cyclescheme. Delivery was within the time frame expected, and there was very little assembly left to be completed upon receipt.

No my first rodeo!
This is not the first time I have utilised the Cycle to Work scheme. I found both experiences faultless. The scheme has given me the ability to access top quality bikes at a discount due to benefits in payroll deductions.
I highly recommend the scheme and the ease of going through the process.
Will absolutely use the scheme in the future!

Cyclescheme is terrific
Cyclescheme is terrific - such wide acceptance nationwide for great bikes and kit. Employers enrolled in this scheme are giving a tremendous benefit to their employees and we benefit from a scheme that allows us to enjoy the outdoors, be fit and healthy whilst moving on the most efficient mode of transport invented. What’s not to like!

Very responsive to questions and queries and overall the process ran very smoothly, Slightly frustrating that the website doesn't allow you to easily find a retailer that supplies a specific bike brand (I wasn't expecting them to know stock levels, just who ordinarily supplies the bike brand)

Too long to get the voucher
The time it takes to get the voucher is too long. There must be a way in this day of age to make it instantly produced. Providing a voucher value for a bike that may or may not be in stock during redemption is a big miss. Prices change, offers change. And you wait weeks for voucher to arrive.

We always aim to get the certificate out as soon as possible and our processes are faster, however part the this happens on your employers side and we unfortunately have to wait until all is ready.

Excellent service and expert advice
The service was excellent from start to finish. I changed my mind several times while choosing a bike and looked at a number of different options, but the team remained patient, professional, and focused on helping me find the right one.
There was no pressure, no unnecessary sales talk, and all advice was practical and honest. The bike was fully prepared and fitted with the additional accessories I requested before collection.
I’ve already had my first ride and I’m very happy with the result. The bike size feels right, and riding with clipless shoes and pedals is a completely new experience.
A great customer experience, knowledgeable staff, and excellent preparation of the bike. I would definitely recommend them.

Really bad customer service and unreliable platform
Had the worst experience ever with Cyclesheme. Their platform hasn't worked. I have been on the phone to them every day for 2 weeks trying to get a certificate out of them. I keep getting told someone will call me back to get me off the phone but nothing. Frustrating that I can't arrange with another provider for the bike I want.

The whole process was simple
The whole process was simple, and fairly quick and I was in possession of my new bike within a month of applying. The financial savings available by using the scheme were one of the reasons I went ahead, and I actually saved more than I expected.
