Chris is a credit to the company ! From beginning to end nothing was to much for him. Kept me updated whilst I was slightly impatient thinking id done something wrong. Quick replies settled them nerves. Would recommend to anyone 😊

Blown away by the whole experience. Chris could not have been more helpful. I know less than nothing about bikes but was keen to start cycling to work. Chris helpfully directed me to the products I was looking for but also, crucially, he helped me pick racks that would be compatible with the bike I'd chosen. It was so tricky to navigate knowing what part would go with what bike but he immediately let me know. super impressed and can't recommend enough. So rare to get a real person and strong customer service these days. Delighted!

Dash have been really helpful in helping me set up my companies cycle to work scheme and then choosing my own bike. They were brilliant at going back-and-forth to find me the right bike from the right supplier and I’ve been really informed throughout the process. The particular help from Chris was greatly appreciated in helping me select the correct bike and the setup of the whole scheme was very professional. I would certainly recommend and I’m going to roll the scheme out within my own companies.

Got a really good deal from DASH. Very happy with my bike and the speed of the process - as well as saving lots of money! There is a bit of lack of background info on the bikes on the site but the customer service is great and you get loads of help and advice on choosing the right bike. Always a very quick response. I'd highly recommend.

Dash is a great way to cycle to work cheaply - I've never done it before joining my current employer, but I'm not sure I'll go back. Dash made it very easy to use Lime bikes and also pick up all the kit to be safe.

Great service from Dash. Chris helped with a difficult situation where a bike would not be delivered in time and so helped get an alternative from a local bike shop, without any charge to myself. You can always get through to speak to someone and a good choice of products online as well

What can I say about the team at DASH... Attentive, responsive, helpful. I purchased a Cowboy in January 2025 and due to some delays from the retailer, my delivery date was only in May 2025. Chris and the team at Dash went above and beyond and provided me a temporary bike while mine didn't arrive. They kept me updated on the delivery status and always replied to my emails in a timely manner. If you haven't taken advantage of cycle to work scheme yet, what are you waiting for? Amazing company, i have been renting my bike for the last 6 months, had a few accidents and they have fixed it in less than a week! the experience has been so good that i have decided to purchase my own bike through them, i could not recommend it more!! thank you Tom

I've had a lot of different cycleschemes in the past. This one is WAY faster than I would have even dreamed off and the after-care is second to none. As an example, I asked for one of my bikes on Tuesday afternoon. It's arriving tomorrow (Saturday) and the support I've received between now and then has been exemplary. Factoring in how good cycleschemes are anyway, I couldn't recommend this one any more highly.

I have been a customer of Dash since 18 months now, leasing an electric bike. Whenevr i have an issue or need maintenance, they have been super quick to reply and even visit my premises for maintenance within a maximum of 48 hours!!

The experience has been brilliant from start to finish. The Dash team have dealt with all our queries quickly and a so helpfully it's always a joy to speak with them. The billing is easy to understand and my Brompton has turned into me daily transport. About to sign up for another year and try something new.

Subscribing was really easy, delivery of the bike was fast, and every single query I have had has been answered swiftly and very politely. It's been a marvelous experience.

The bikes are amazing quality, but from what I’ve seen and heard the batteries are kind of fragile so just be careful to treat it very gently.

excellent experience so far using Dash. Signed up, very easy process. Had help choosing a bike with a personal call back from a team member to help me decide on the pros and cons. Got authorised quickly through my HR. Now my commute is so much nicer and quicker than the bus journey I was taking and the bike is very high quality. Very helpful it includes helmet bike lock and insurance so I don't feel worried about using it.

The e-bikes comes with helmet, basic tools, and insurance, for your piece of mind. Managed by committed and skilled young professionals, Dash has an option of bike models you can choose from, and gives an excellent service. Overall great experience that I would recommend any day.

I've had a Volt Pulse from Dash for about 3 months now, and I absolutely love it. It makes my commute to and from work so much more pleasant, and saves me an absolute fortune in train fare.
I received my bike with just over 100 miles on the ODO meter and a few small scratches - I have since done an additional 400+ miles. Very happy rider!
The electric assistance is both convenient and sufficient, making my 5+ miles commute a breeze.
I've also been happy with the service from Dash - they are quick to respond to any questions and are very accommodating.
