Still haven’t received my fabric

Order placed on 9th August I do not receive it. First I was offered a voucher, but, I refused how I am suppose to have faith that I will receive my order within a teachable time frame. So they sent me a replacement which, I hav now received. However, still no sign of the original order. Whilst they have some lovely fabrics, I will not order from them again

Always good quality fabrics, exactly as described, lovely colours and good value.

Took 9 days and two emails to find out my order wasn't available. I asked for a refund and after lots of fuss and being offered other fabrics was granted it. Now to wait up to 10 days for the money to come back

Quick despatch, really good quality and fabric

My main complaint is about the delivery, which I understand is not directly your fault. The parcel was left outside when I was out and I can see from.the picture that the parcel was already split.
By the time my neighbour noticed the parcel had split right open. I got it the next day and the material was crumpled,creased and damp.
I spent ages ironing it.

Ordered 5 lots of fabric but out of the 5 two are completely different colours as described on website . Emailed company but no acknowledgement or response to message - no answer company phone number not available to contact company - poor customer service

Order took 10 days. Didn’t hear from the company to say item had been dispatched. The wadding is a mix of thin poor quality stuff, some with a blue stitch line through it and some cardboard like stuff none of it any good for quilting. Certainly not worth £30 says it’s reduced from, glad I only paid £10 for it.
