Placed an order back in Dec. Communication was great at first and then stopped, I had emailed multiple times and nothing. They disappeared on shop and I looked them up and found them again and put in an inquiry on their website with my order number and still nothing. They seem to have taken the money and ghosted me.

I saw someone else experience the same and I have not submitted a charge back yet, so there is no reason for them not to have continued communication. I have been trying to reach out multiple times via the emails that I have gotten responses from and still nothing.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM. I too was hoping they were legit but I have seemed to made an error.

If a company has been Communicating and all of a sudden stop and then use the excuse that someone may have been trying to reach them on outdated addresses and have the common decency to make an effort to contact the people they already took money from to let them know of any changes is shady.

My order was placed in Dec 25' and still waiting to now May 26'. Hoping they do the right thing and either give me what I paid for or give me the money they so gladly took.

Contacted them multiple times about my order from December. No replies. Even messaged them on insta and no replies but they constantly keep posting stories. Really had high hopes that they were legit but too good to be true. Ordered one piece cases and spent about 4k on 2 orders. Seems like they follow through with low budget orders but when it comes to over 1 or 2k, they seem to take your money and ghost you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I will change my review if anything changes. I initially had great communication with packripperz, but I have asked for updates for about a week now on an order I placed in November that I am still waiting on, and I have had no replies yet. I'm hoping that maybe they'll be able to see this and communicate. I would still like the products I ordered. I have not initiated a chargeback on this order yet, and am certainly willing to give them a chance since other reviews are positive. I will come back here and say if i initiate a chargeback, but i'm hoping I don't have to.

Edit: I have heard back from the team here, and am updating my review for the prompt response and details regarding my order. If anything changes, I will be sure to modify this again, but for now - it seems like all is in order. (I believe the system changes that took place caused a bit of a communication misunderstanding).

Got my Ascended Heroes booster packs from them at retail prices!!!! Nowadays, its hard to find pokemon cards at retail and glad to have this site.

Issue with postage quickly resolved. Product arrived as sold. Will buy again.

I ordered some pokemon Ascended heroes booster bundles and the items were shipped and delivered all within two days.

They arrived in perfect condition and the best thing about it all, the prices were all RRP. No inflated prices like you see other stores doing too often now.

Their communication has been brilliant. Any time I have emailed or DM'd they have responded and been professional throughout.

I will 100% be buying from them again.

Seemed promising at first but it’s a new business and they’ve over sold their supposed allocations each time. Each release supposedly gets delayed and in over 6 months I’m yet to receive any ‘cases’.

Each time I’ve had to chase them for updates and there was 0 transparency and communication. Today I decided it was enough and requested a refund. They proceeded by blocking me on all the socials.

I messaged the people running it and they blocked me too. AVOID THIS SCAM. They’re rude af especially after I supported them whilst they were starting up.

Do NOT recommend.

Was very responsive at first and now all communication is down. Website and email included. Was told I could request a refund at any time due to the delay, but now there is no way to get in touch and it has been over the 60 days to dispute with credit card company.

UPDATE: This seller seems to be nothing but lies.
1) I did not initiate the chargeback yet. I was guaranteed by my bank that I would be able to get my money back, so i figured i would give it some time.
2) ZERO emails were received regarding an update to the website, and even then, when websites are updated they should not be fully taken off the server for multiple days.
3) I sent emails to the support team over a course of 5 days and every email said failed to reach.
4) I never left them a 5 star review to begin with. I planned on it if I received the order.

DONT GET SCAMMED DEALING WITH SHADY PEOPLE. COMMUNICATION MAY SEEM GOOD AT FIRST, but plenty of red flags are more than enough of a reason why you shouldn’t gamble your money dealing with FRAUDS.

TAKE MY ADVICE, do not deal with them.
