The product was ok but when collecting the staff were evasive and didn't even say thank you.

Went in to buy some headphones.
The display was a complete higgledy piggledy mess. Some headphones out on display with no price or description. Some cards hanging on price hooks with item details but the items nowhere to be seen. Tried to find someone to help….nobody on the tills, two staff serving the same customer both ignored us. Finally spotted another one asked if we could see the item that we had taken the card for to be told it was out of stock.
Gave up and came home

Customer service was excellent, a man called Tom helped us with our purchase. Sorted the delivery date we wanted.

Staff were really helpful and knew their stuff!

The member of staff we dealt with was friendly, helpful and enabled us to choose the product that was required

Connor was fantastic and very knowledgeable, he made it very easy to make a laptop section. He had a lot of patience as we were there for ages!

Very good service & knowledge I was looking for a new tv...the chap was more than helpful on his advice I brought a lg 55ins and it will be here on thurs 8th. I paid a little extra for them to instal it for .

Staff were most helpful and efficient, delivery service was excellent and prompt with good customer service.

Generally, I’ve always found Currys to be efficient and providing good advice on good products. However, whilst visiting Chichester I needed to buy a fridge freezer and also a telephone power pack. The advice given in store by two gentlemen was pretty unhelpful, to be honest. Subsequently purchased the fridge freezer online and was able to collect it the same day from the store in Chichester which suited me very well. When I arrived there was one young female assistant who was great and efficient, knowledgeable and on the ball - called Ingrid - thank you!

We were very impressed with the attention given to us by the sales assistant Tom in Chichester Currys who answered all our questions with knowledge and understanding. So much so we purchased a 55 inch Samsung Oled TV together with sound bar and stand. Paying also for delivery and setup to be carried out on the following Friday.
We left Currys very pleased and looking forward to the new TV experience.
So, on the due day the delivery began with the TV being brought in into our living room and our original TV was taken away as agreed part exchange The new TV was removed from the box and the problems began!
The installer was on his mobile phone for some time and when finished explained to us that he was not qualified to install the new TV and had to get a tech team out to do it and they were dealing with another customer a few miles away and would be with us in a short while.
After waiting several hours with no sign of a tech team I phoned Currys and it was answered by a very noisy call centre by a female who was very difficult to understand.
I managed to ascertain that there was nobody booked to come and install our system and the earliest it could be done was 6 days later.
I rang Currys again and was fortunate enough to be put through to a gentleman I could understand, and he assured me that we would have a tech team the following morning.
I duly received a text confirming this.
The tech team turned up at 9.30am but took 2 hours to assemble the stand. Then said that the previous installer had taken the screws for the feet of TV and they could not fit it onto stand.
They then said that I had to go back to Currys (a 20-mile journey with horrific traffic problems) and explain about the missing screws and then have a new replacement TV to be delivered and then reorganise installing. I asked for telephone number of Chichester store and was told that they would not supply it.
So, we were left with a large empty cardboard boxes an unpacked TV standing against a wall, parts across the floor and no TV as our original one had gone with previous installer.
I was told that that I could telephone Samsung for new screws, but I will probably be charged for screws and delivery!! I would also have to arrange new installation.
Remember, I had paid £100 for delivery, unpacking and removal of packing, installation of TV, connection to Wi-Fi, and connection to other devices.
Now what happens?

Salesman was honest and geniune. Easy to talk to and knew what I was looking for

I was given honest advice before the purchase and a staff member carried the item to my vehicle when payment completed.

Very helpful man. Choosing a hoover. One on display we liked but not in stock. Found another that is doing the job!
