Mike Rutter who works for Curo was really helpful and kind in installing handrails for me today. He made sure they were right for me and this has improved my feeling of safety using the wet room when showering. Thank you.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Curo Housing Association, and especially to Michelle Sage for all her help and support throughout our recent four way mutual exchange! It certainly wasn’t a straightforward move, and there were a number of challenges along the way! but Michelle stuck with it from the start and was always prompt with paperwork throughout and kept us informed with regular communication and did everything she possibly could to get the exchange completed.
Moving home can be stressful enough without complications along the way, so having someone who was approachable, helpful and genuinely committed to getting things sorted made such a difference.
We really appreciate the time, effort and patience Michelle put into our move, She went above and beyond to help make it happen, and we are all extremely grateful

Had a problem with our boiler and Phil turned up to fix it. He was very cheerful (even at nearly midnight) and prompt with the fix. Im actually quite happy with the service received

I honestly can’t thank Mason Sage in Lettings enough for everything he has done for us throughout the process with Curo.
We were offered a property and, within literally a week, Mason had helped us get everything arranged and ready for sign-off. The speed, communication and support we received from him were honestly amazing.
What could have been a stressful and overwhelming process was made so much easier because Mason was always there to answer questions, keep us updated and make sure things kept moving. He has been incredibly kind, patient and understanding throughout, and we genuinely felt like he cared about helping us rather than simply doing his job.

I am a new tenant and I've just had my tenancy review done by Melanie Ben Khadhra, who was very professional! She helped me resolve any issues straight away and was polite with a friendly manner. It was all done via Microsoft teams at a time and date convenient for me, so no need for anyone to come out to the property.

I have visited the Hive Peasedown St John for help with my computer skills. Sheena Archer held a Drop in for computer help.
I found it very helpful and informative and very well worth the hour I spent there. Thank you.

I spoke with SHEENA ARCHER Today she is patient friendly and knows her stuff to the nth degree. In a very short while she put me on track to use my apple phone properly. I am amazed at the way she sorted my problem with E E and not only that, gave me the confidence to use my appliance to its full capacity. I could not access my email, She efficiently sorted that too. She showed me video calling , and all sorts of applications I didn’t know existed. It will change my life very much for the better. Thank you Sheena.

Curo trespassing onto our property with their gutters. There property hasn’t there own run off for rain water so they trespass onto our property and use our down pipe which isn’t designed for two houses worth of water. Creating flooding in every story of our house. Contacted Curo who said it’s not there issue when it clearly is.
